We had several hurdles to overcome but in the end it got done. First he got very sick and could not come on our scheduled appt. He came as soon as he recovered. Then he opened the box of one of the shower fixtures we purchased at Home Depot and it was defective. He also informed us we had to do a small demo behind our shower for him to have access to replace the parts. This tub faucet has dripped basically for years until Steve fixed it. We had paid at least 3 other companies to repair this faucet and their work was a waste. Steve was on time, polite, and fast.

We had a leak in the ceiling on the first floor of the the home. The cause and the location of the leak were unknown. I called for an appointment and left a message. My call was returned that day and we set up an appointment for the next week. They explained that they were booked until then due to the cold weather and frozen pipes our area was experiencing. Mr. Lyons called the day before the appointment to confirm and set up an approximate time. He agreed to call me when he was on his way since I was not going to be home. He called during the time he said he would and arrived exactly when he said. I was concerned that since it was not known where the leak was coming from that a plumber may come in and just start banging holes in our ceiling. Mr. Lyons carefully measured and looked around the upstairs and determined the problem before he did any cutting or making of holes. The hole he cut was appropriate and he made sure to clean up after himself.

They came on time, and fixed the pipes in five minutes. When we saw there was still a blockage farther down the pipes, they snaked it out in another five minutes. This was part of a plumbing job I started but couldn't finish, but they didn't give me a hard time about it.

When I telephoned, he explained the various models and options (i.e., they could provide and what the total cost would be or I could purchase and what the cost would be). The price was exactly what was estimated and was below the other companies I telephoned. They telephoned the night before to give a 2 hour window and were on time. I would definitely use them again.

Stephen Lyons provided prompt and fast service. He answered any and all questions. To my knowledge, he did a thorough job.

Excellent. Mr. Lyons did the work quickly and efficiently. He was very punctual. He got back to me, when he said he would, to set up the appointment. He showed up on schedule. He was also very polite, considerate, open and honest.

Steve Lyons made the time in a busy schedule to look at a basement leak on an emergency basis. Made a correct diagnosis in a short time by cutting into drywall (in correct location) to examine pipes. Very pleasant and reasonably priced. Showed excellent judgment both in diagnosing problem and referring to another plumber.

Excellent and is always fairly priced. I have used him for 20 years. He is on time and honest in assessment of what needs to be done. The last job's price was approximate and did not include the cost of the toilet (but I can't find the bill).

LYONS PROVIDED US WITH 3 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR COMPANIES THAT PERFORMED THE REQUIRED WORK. HE GAVE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EACH COMPANY AND WHAT WE COULD EXPECT IN TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRICE.

I WAS RELATIVELY PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW PLUMBING FIXTURES IN MY HOME. IT WAS A BIT OF A PROJECT BUT IT CAME OUT PRETTY GOOD. I THINK THAT THE FIXTURES HAVE ADDED SOMETHING TO MY HOME.

THE PLUMBER ARRIVED ON TIME. HE DID THE JOB VERY WELL. HE WAS NEAT AND REALLY POLITE.

STEPHEN LYONS IS A RESPONSIVE AND TRUSTWORTHY PLUMBER. HE IS PRACTICAL AND WILL NOT PERFORM UNNECESSARY WORK. HE FINDS A REASONABLE SOLUTION.
