LEE'S PAINTING

They were very honest and reliable. They did their work and left. They knew what they were doing. They were also pleasant.

Great work We are thrilled with the results. I felt the price was very fair.

The project went very well. Mr. Lee arrived on time, did all of the expected work and was very tidy. He did the job while I was at work and when I got home there was no sign (other than the missing wallpaper) then he had been there. All furniture had been returned to its original location and there was no sign of dust. Mr. Lee came back the next day and painted (separate report, because we treated the drywall and painting as two separate jobs) and that went well too.

Project went well. It took 2 days to complete the painting (one day for master bedroom, 2nd day for the rest). On both days Mr. Lee let himself in after I had gone to work with a key that I had provided him, and on both days the work in the designated area was completed and he had cleaned up and left before I came home. Other than the walls being a different color, there were no other visible signs that he had even been there - which I viewed as a positive. Mr; Lee also applied drywall mud as needed to fill a couple of unused receptacles and touched up all of the trim at no additional cost. I thought that the price was slightly on the high side since I had supplied some of the paint, but the quality of the work offset this for me.

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS PAINTER FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND MANY JOBS. THIS PARTICULAR JOB WAS DONE IN MAY OF 2004. WE HAVE LOTS OF MOULDING WITH TEETH. HE IS CLEAN, PUNCTUAL, AND GIVES A FAIR PRICE. HE WORKS WITH HIS WIFE.
