The technician was very throughout and when I felt that the inspection didn't find a problem the technician did a second look with no compliant and he found the problem. He repaired the drainage pipe very well. I was very happy with his work and his professionalism.

I had a problem with the air conditioner, called Kensington late on Thursday and they sent a repairman out Friday morning. The service was prompt, the repairman was polite and professional. I am very pleased with Kensington.

John, in Sales, was very helpful and spent time ensuring that our house was sized for the appropriate unit. He gave us a quote before leaving, keeping the price commitment, even when prices increased a couple of weeks later. The company helped out by sending a tech at no cost to cap a gas leak from the old boiler so the gas utility could restore service to our house, several days before installing the new unit and without a written contract. Kensington was the least expensive of three estimates. They also installed a new programmable thermostat (purchased by me) at no cost though it was not mentioned in the contract.

They arrived on time for both jobs and were very polite. They were also very accommodating regarding my schedule. My calls were returned very promptly. They removed all debris upon completion of work.

THIS COMPANY DOES A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE TECHNICALLY COMPETENT, BUT LACK IN CREATIVITY WHEN LOOKING AT OPTIONS OUTSIDE OF A TECHNICIANS POINT OF VIEW.

THEY CAME OUT AND IT TOOK THEM THREE DAYS GET FINALLY GET IT DONE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY EVEN WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE HOUSE TO MAKE ALL THE VENTS IN WORKING CONDITION.

THE COMPANY CAME OUT QUICKLY AFTER I CALLED ,THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED WAS GREAT AND I AM QUITE SATISFIED. THE WORKER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.
