Greystone Realty was contacted in March of 2013 to discuss putting my house on the market. They conducted a thorough evaluation and make appropriate recommendations. They assisted me with finding contracts to make the repairs necessary to have the house move-in ready. They brought in their own furniture and accessories to stage the house. It looked beautiful! The house went for sale on 4/19/13 and was under contract the beginning of the following week! While other homes have languished on the market in our neighborhood, our home was listed and sold immediately.

Jackie is fantastic! She definitely takes the time to know her clients and really understands their needs. (Sometimes even better than I understood my own needs!) Because she grew up in this area, Jackie has a great understanding of the area housing market. She always has lots of energy and is available when I need her. She also has a lot of great suggestions on how to best showcase my current home.

We had a great experience with Jackie, who was with us through the entire process which lasted almost 2 years. We were determined to move from Gaithersburg to Bethesda, and she helped us with every aspect of the process. She guided us through the process of selling our home, moving into a rental property, and purchasing the home of our dreams. When we sold our home and were unable to find something suitable to move into, she helped us find a rental in our same school district with very fair terms should we find something and need to move out on short notice. She then helped us hone in on prospective neighborhoods and target where we wanted to be. She helped us to find properties that weren't even on the market in our desired neighborhood. When we found the house we wanted, she was quick to negotiate with the sellers and coordinated all aspects of the sale, inspection and closing.

The overall experince went great. Jill was always available, meet my aunt at the TH, working around her schedule and promptly answered all of her questions.

My husband and I were looking for a home. We reached out to an agent at Greystone to help out. The experience was great -- the agent was well informed, enthusiastic and honest. Although we did not end up buying a home, if we were to move in the future we would definitely look to work with Greystone Realty.
