The provider did a great job cleaning the vents and cleaning the carpet.  Wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount to sanitized the air ducts and clean the sediment off the furnace.  Seems like a company that offers a cheap coupon the get in the door and then is very pushy to upsell expensive services.

Without checking on Angies List, my husband used a Groupon he found to have this company come and clean the duck work in our house for 30 something dollars.  Once they got here, he realized that this didn't include cleaning our return duct, which was the one that was really dirty.  We ended up paying the upcharge of 200 dollars.  The cleaning did do the job, however, just like I am reading on all the other reviews, we were told that we have a mold problem!  Luckily, my husband said we would look into it, and didn't pay them any more money.  Once the tech left, a few hours later, we realized that it felt hot in our house.  We checked the thermostat, and the vents and realized hot air was blowing out.  The next day, we called an HVAC company that we trust (a good friend's father) and he looked at out condenser unit and found that we had a cracked coil.  The techs from Indoor Air Solutions had had the cover off, and apparently when they replaced it, they had hit the coil and cracked it.  So now our air conditioning was broken.  My husband immediately called the company and left a message for Alex.  His phone call was not returned for a few days, and he had to continue to pursue him.  Once Alex did call back, he asked why my husband hadn't called sooner if he thought his company was at fault!  My husband explained that he had called several days earlier, and that his company had not been responsive.  We got an estimate to fix the AC and it was 2200 dollars.  My husband asked Alex to come and look at the unit for himself, and that he should give us at least part of the money toward that repair (in the end we decided to replace our whole unit).  Alex said that 2200 was a ridiculous price and that he would not pay it.  My husband told him to get his own estimate then, and get back to us.  He called this AM with an estimate of 1200 dollars.  My husband said he would be willing to meet in the middle of the 2 estimates.  Alex offered us 600 dollars, no more.  At this point, we are sick of dealing with such a poor businessman.  We are taking the 600 dollars, and reporting him to the BBB.  Please don't ever use this company,

I had a coupon from money mailer that they would clear the duct work for $33. When they came out they said they would have to go through the main line and would cost an additional $199. They also said that I had mold and that it would cost an additional $350 to flush out the system with chemicals. However, when I asked to see the mold, they could not show me anything. He shined a flashlight, but to my naked eye, I could not see anything. I felt that they were trying to use the coupon as a way in the door then attempted to squeeze money out of me. They damaged several areas of my home. They scratched the wall going up the stairs with a ladder. They took a chunk out of the ceiling at the top of the steps where they tried to set up the ladder. When they put the ladder against the wall, they didn't use any type of buffer, so there are 4 black scuff marks from the ladder. When they tried to take the return vent off, they couldn't get it off. They dented the grate, then ripped paint off the wall below the vent when they finally got it off. They put a hole in the wall from a screwdriver when the screwdriver slipped off the screw. They took out the furnace filter which was filthy and just put it on my light cream colored carpet leaving a black soot mark. I had to call 4 different times to try to get these issues resolved. Every time I was told I would hear something back within 24 hours. I would wait the full 24 hour and then I would call back. They never responded.

Do not use this company. They put cheap coupons out once they get in your house they prey upon your fear and make claims under false pretenses. They cleaned the carpets and dryer vent with no issues but once they started on the duct work for the HVAC system they claimed that the duct work and HVAC unit were completely overtaken with black mold. We said we needed time to research it more before committing to their proposed course of action. Upon hearing this the tech said that we needed to use a cleaning chemical to push through the system to keep the mold in check until we get it addressed. The proposed course of action included cleaning the whole system and intalling a UV light for $1354. However, we could use the cleaner in the interim for $200 to keep the mold in check. We unfortunately agreed to the cleaner being applied which cost us an extra $200. We had two HVAC install and cleaning companies evaluate our system for black mold and each verified that there was no black mold in our system. I called Indoor Air Solutions and they said we agreed to the work and their tech would never use fear or make claims under false pretenses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

If you see their coupon, immediately crumple and throw in the trash or fire place.  These guys are liars and criminals.  They offer cheap coupons so that they can get into your house and run their SCAM..I had a coupon for $35 to clean all heating vents, dryer vents and bathroom vents.  Technician claimed to find mold in the system and pointed out the "mold".  When he was all done doing the work the "mold" was still there.  At that point he claimed that it was normal accumulation on the coils and that it wasn't actually mold.  Work was agreed to under false pretenses.  Also, if there actually was a mold problem as he claimed there was, the cost for the work done was extremely overpriced.  I thought I was paying $35 to have my vents clean, but I ended up basically buying a basic UV light for $900, because technician planted fear in my head about possible health affects of having mold in my system.  I tried calling the company to come to a resolution about being mislead and agree to the work under false pretenses and duress.  The manager, Sharon, continuously cut me off while I was trying to explain what had happened and kept speaking over me so that I could not get my point across.  Nothing came of the conversation and I was forced to take other routes to get this situation resolved.

Indoor Air Solutions was supposed to show up to my house between 9am and 1pm on a Sunday.  At 2:30pm, an hour and a half after the end of their window, the company called me to let me know that they would be late.  GEE THANKS, that information is so helpful to get after you are already 1.5 hours late.  The technicians eventually showed at around 4:30pm.  They tried to sell me a $200 advanced HVAC cleaning package due to dust in my system, but I'm not giving this company any more of my money.  What kind of business operates by leaving customers waiting ALL DAY?  Very disappointed.

I had a $49 Groupon for duct cleaning.  The technician showed me what he said was mold in my system, and I , foolishly perhaps, contracted for remediation for $1600.  The service was to include two return visits to check on the uv light installation.  The second visit has not occurred as promised, and my calls to the company have not been returned.  I suspect I've been scammed and just want to warn other Angie's Lime had a $49 Groupon for duct cleaning.  The technician showed me what he said was mold in my system, and I , foolishly perhaps, contracted for remediation for $1600.  The service was to include two return visits to check on the iv light installation.  The second visit has not occurred as promised, and my calls to the company have not been returned.  I suspect I've been scammed and just want to warn other Angie's Lismbers.

They came to provide their platinum package from a ValPak coupon. It stated their Air Duct Cleaning package was a $289 value, plus free Carpet Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning.  Upon arrival it was, $20 Upcharge if you want Soap for the carpet cleaning for the one "free" room, upcharge $200 to "really" clean the duct system rather than just opening one vent on each side of the house and the return.
Even the work they did perform was shoty at best, they didn't do the dryer vent, the return registers were still covered with dust and they forgot to flip the Breaker back on for the HVAC.
Finally, when I asked how much the service would normally cost, they said it was $189.....not near the $289 they quoted on the flyer.
When I called to complain, "customer service" said this is what they do, and if I didn't like it "I wasn't their type of customer".  Spend the money to higher one of the more expensive (and better value services) or use your ShopVac to do what they did yourself.

The two man crew arrived one hour into the four hour window, preceded by a phone call as promised to let me know they were 20 mins away. They were careful in their work and did the coupon work in about 30 mins. They used a vacuum hose with a big vacuum that remained outside my house, plus a snake for the dryer duct and scrubbers for the returns and floor vents. The lead guy--I think Alex--then gave me the upsell that is customary with these coupons and esp dryer duct cleaning services. He was polite and well spoken and did not pressure or argue with me.  If he was to clean the entire 15 ft of my dryer duct it would be an additional $49. Otherwise only the last 4 ft would be cleaned. If he was to clean an additional return (my 3 story townhouse has one on each floor) it was an additional $30, but he said he would inspect the returns first to let me know if they even needed cleaning. In his opinion, after inspection with a flashlight, only two of my returns needed cleaning. So I agreed to the extra $30 for one more return, plus the $49 to clean the entire long a** dryer duct which was really clogged and my clothes weren't drying. I thought for an additional $79 this was still a good deal. As this was being done, though, Alex told me there was bacteria and dirt in my furnace too and to clean this with an "organic" and safe fogging spray would be an additional $339. Nope, I said, I can't afford that. Then he called his supervisor and offered to clean the additional third return as well for the $339 bacteria cleaning. Nope, I said, I can't afford that today. About 10 mins later, he said his supervisor offered to do the whole thing, all returns and vents and the whole dryer duct plus the bacteria in the furnace for $280. Hmmm, I said. OK! So I didn't pay the additional $79 for the 2d return and long dryer duct, but instead paid $280 for everything (3 returns, all floor vents, and 15 ft dryer duct) plus fogging my furnace "bacteria." Maybe I am a sucker but I watched him fog up the furnace and thought it looked credible. There was dirt and dust in there. I have no idea if it was actually bacteria but at least the dirt is gone. He had me run my fan through the whole system for 90 mins after they left. I actually feel that the service was worth it, given what a whole-system cleaning would usually cost ($500 or so). Anyway, I could easily have refused the extra stuff, and did twice. You have to expect that a $39 coupon will not get your whole system cleaned out. Because of Alex's professional and polite demeanor, he seemed credible and I decided to give him some extra $$ for his work today. Also, he sounded Ukrainian and I felt for his countrymen! Yeah I know, sucker, but I did my tiny part for the Ukraine today.

$38
I recieved a coupon in the mail for this company to perform a "Basic dryer vent cleaning, basic bathroom fan cleaning, unlimited duct and vent cleaning and an organic deodorizer appliaction" all for $38. Be warned that this is all a scam to gain entry to your house so that they can "recommend" several hundred dollars in other services. The 2 guys that performed the services, Alex and Jose, were only here for a grand total of 10 minutes. After they were done telling me that I needed nearly $600 in cleaning services to fix my "mold problems" in my A/C unit, Alex ran a cleaning brush through the dryer line while Jose took a shop vac to the exterior of my bathrrom fan (both of which I could have accomplished with no problem). Alex told me that he could not perform the vent and duct cleaning due to my "mold problem" on my furnace (I don't have a furnace, I have central A/C and baseboard heat). The work performed was VERY basic and not thorough what so ever. I would not recommend using this company. Please do not fall for the "38$ special".

arrived early in 4 hour window.  professional and thorough.
There was mold in my heating unit and wanted to add $300 to remediate.  I declined as i wanted to get another estimate prior to spending that much money.  I appreciated that there was not a high pressure sale as I had expected some kind of "upsell" which seems to happen every time I buy some kind of Living Social or Groupon deal.
I purchased this deal through Living Social.  However, after checking out the business, I probably wont use them again.  they aren't BBB accredited and they only had one other review on Angies List.

I bought a Living Social deal for "an Air Duct Cleaning for All Vents, One Return, One Main Vent, and Dryer Vent Cleaning," for $39.  I wondered if the deal was too good to be true given the amount of time I figured a cleaning of that nature would take to perform.  I think it's the norm for these types of deals for there to be major upsell in the process and I was not wrong.  However, since I had firmly decided not to pay for anything additional, it wasn't an issue.  There was a second return they offered to clean for another $25, and the pipes from the upstairs to the downstairs (they let me see the dust buildup in that) for an additional total of $130.  I politely declined all the suggested extras and while he tried to upsell me again, he was courteous about it and remained professional throughout the entire visit.  I have to say, it was worth every penny just for the fact that I finally found out where my furnace filter was and how to replace it (I moved in here not too long ago and had puzzled over it for some time - it was hidden in the ceiling on the first floor).  I actually purchased this deal primarily to find out where the filter was located, so the transaction was entirely satisfactory even though there was still gunk and dust left in one main pipe in particular.  Both the men who came to do the job were very professional, friendly and courteous to me - and didn't cop any kind of attitude when I requested they adjust the vent cover that they'd put back on slightly crooked, nor when they struggled to replace a particularly recalcitrant tile in my drop ceiling.  If you don't mind not having the ENTIRE system cleaned out for the Living Social price (I'm pretty sure no one would do the whole job for that amount), they're a fantastic deal.  They arrived an hour into the four hour window of time allotted with a phone call to give me an eta of 20 min later.  They were prompt and the whole visit lasted an hour - it should have been shorter, but finding the furnace in the ceiling ate up a good bit of time.  I was a little nervous about being home alone (as a female) for the visit as I'd read horror stories of heavy intimidation without a male present (my husband and sister were both away this morning), but they were great and I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point.
