Very positive experience and I would definitely go back to this company for work. They were very conscientious about following up on the phone to make sure I was happy, though they never actually got me on the phone and I found out about their calls from messages left on our voicemail.

We have teens and people coming and going all the time and they handling this dynamic situation like the professionals they are.

The office is extremely responsive to special requests or changes, and always notifies me as to the time the ladies will arrive. The crew is well trained, on time, friendly, and professional. Their vacuum cleaner is even padded so that it won't nick the furniture. The house is always sparkling when I return in the evening and I have never been so pleased with a cleaning service. I recommend them very highly.

the cleaning personnel come bi-monthly, usually take one to one and a half hours, depending upon how many cleaners are there. they are friendly and dependable. most speak limited English, except there is usually a "Team leader" who speaks English. When i have (rare) complaints, the Managers see to it that there is action taken, and call me to find out if the follow-through was satisfactory. i am very happy with this company and have referred my friends to them.

I have used this company for 17 years. They are on time and pleasant. The company is owned by women. The team does an excellent job with all aspects of cleaning except dusting.

For the very first visit and whenever there is a complaint a supervisor comes out to my home. I have had some trouble with them recently and it is not that they are not trying. The first problem that I had with them was with my kitchen floors. I have a certain way that I want my kitchen floors done, and I have instructed them and provided the equipment to do it the way that I like it. When they have not done it they way I have asked and I have needed to redo it myself is usually takes me about two hours to redo the floors. The second problem that we have had with them is with the toilets. I purchased some new equipment for them to use to clean the toilets. On the cleaning pad there is a hard side and a fibrous side. Once they finished with the cleaning they flushed the pad down the toilet. When we went to use them we found that they would not flush, so we had to plunge all three in order to get them to work. Once I called with the complaint they told me that they were willing to pay for the damage if we needed to call a plumber. It has been frustrating to have these problems since I have spoken with the supervisor and explained what I want, and that the work is just not being carried out exactly. The supervisors have been responsive to me however.

The ladies are professional, on-time, polite and very good.

The team arrived on time, in the middle of the two-hour window I was given the previous weekday. The crew of 3 (sometimes it is 4) women brought most of their own supplies, but I was expected to supply my own rags/paper towels and trash bags. Generally only the crew chief speaks English. You do see the same women again over time, so there is not rapid turnover of the workers. One person worked in the bathrooms, one in the kitchen, and one did most of the dusting/vacuuming. You receive a report at the end showing which person did which jobs, in case there are any problems. One time I did have a fabric lampshade torn, and the company did pay to replace it. The women worked well (they had to work around my kids), and I was happy with how the house looked. This time the crew finished their main work a bit early, so they slowly finished the last cleaning near my front door. The crew stays for a fixed amount of time since you are charged based on the number of person-hours it takes to do the jobs you request. Someone from the main office comes out before your first cleaning to make that estimation. At the end I paid the crew chief by check, and the team left removing all the trash and their supplies.

It is a little pricier than I thought I would have to pay, but the service is so good, I would be a fool to keep looking! They call me the day before they come and give me a 2 hour window, and they are always here within that window! There are 3 or 4 of them when they come, so they get done quickly. It is very helpful to know when they will be here so I can plan to run errands while they are here. Price is for a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house, per visit. You pay per person, per hour. They leave a sheet telling you which person cleaned what area, in case there are any questions with anything.

Marge, the supervisor, was very accomodating of my schedule, even though I insisted it had to be done in the morning because of my work schedule. I felt that the condo was cleaned to 5 Star Hotel standards, which is exactly what I wanted. They brought their own supplies, including vacuum, and were very careful not to scuff any of the floors or cabinets. I tipped them extra because I know how hard they worked. I was in the condo while they were working and they did not break at all. I would like to use them on a regular basis. I will definitely use them again if I have a big cleaning that needs to be done!

I had thought Marge would come to supervise, instead Mirna was team leader (but also cleaned). Mirna was the only one to do walk thru. The basement floor was very important to clean thoroughly as I was installing stick on floor tile. The clean list incl: walls and baseboards, window sashes, doors, trims, frige-stove-dishwasher inside and out. I left for 1-3/4 hours,when I returned, I saw that many areas had not been cleaned completely-like they would clean some parts of fridge or windows, but still required me to clean rest. The hall bathroom, which only walls/door on the list, had been cleaned top to bottom. The basement had only been swept. I ran around cleaning, telling them what areas needed to be done before they left. Basement got mopped. The stove and dishwasher not touched. Tape and some marks that would come off still on walls. They ran over and charged me $40 more. I later spoke to Marge about concerns, she said would call back after speaking to Mirna...she never called me back.

They arrived around the time they said they would, though they had been instructed to call first since I did not want to have to hang out at an empty house. They didn't call, but I went over at the appointed time and they came not long after. They did a great job cleaning everywhere and they asked questions about whether to clean the inside of appliances, etc. They worked hard the entire time My only issue was that the estimate was that it would be somewhere around $300 based on $35 per person per hour, maximum of ten hours. It turned out to be 14 hours plus $10 for materials, which seemed a bit high to me. I do think I would hire them again because they did a good job, but if possible I would just set a time and have them end at the end of a period, even if the job is not completely finished.

I was very happy with their performance. I had to reschedule, and then the rescheduling was going to go awry due to the snow, and I was going to have an open house the next day. Instead of leaving me in the lurch, they scheduled a Saturday cleaning (and they don't normally clean on Saturdays). I was impressed with their professionalism and flexibility.

Four people spent several hours cleaning a home that had not had a thorough cleaning in years. They did a wonderful job.

They did a fine job. I called to reschedule them for two weeks from now. I hope that I can continue to use them every 4-6 weeks to keep the house fresher and neater. I would recommend them to other career people who are too tired to give up a valuable weekend to clean. It's worth the price.
