This is the second time I used Global to clean my rugs and wall-to-wall carpet, and once again, I couldn't be happier with both their service and their product. They showed up right when they said they would, cleaned until it looked new again what was a very, very dirty carpet thanks to some renovation work, and charged me a reasonable price. You can't go wrong with hiring Global.

Daniel, Global Carpet Cleaning and Restoration, was professional and proficient in cleaning my carpet. He explained the company's process of cleaning the rug, which informed me. The carpet was picked up at the time scheduled and returned on the day promised, 11/5/15. Moreover, the carpet looked like new when returned, unlike last year when I had it cleaned by a different company. The service was such that I scheduled another appointment with Global..., Daniel, to have some upholstery cleaned in a couple of weeks. I would definitely refer Global..., and Daniel, to my friends, family and neighbors.

Our Carpet cleaner, Daniel, came in and was very respectful and answered all my question and talked me through the steps if what he planned to do. Told me he would clean carpet to best of his ability. He did a very good job cleaning 10 year old carpet, able to get it close to original color.
