They were a bit late (I expected them at 9:30 am); but, when they arrived they did a great job!

Very professional, easy to work with, and willing to reschedule. Had to confirm appointment over the phone.

The pros were personable and professional in knowledge and workmanship.

I think it was a bit costly but the quality of work and the speedy response balanced that out.

Our carpet was in pretty bad shape and now it looks awesome! We had some stains that I did not think would come out, not only did they come out - the carpet looks in almost new shape! Daniel worked very hard to make sure we were pleased with the results and followed up with a phone call to see how we liked his work. We had a bit of logistic problems and only did a phone quote, upon arrival the quote changed quite a bit. I would recommend either being very, very clear on the work and square footage if you do a phone quote or getting an in-person quote before engaging. I did not clearly explain our situation and it put us both in a bad position when his actual cost was almost double his phone quote. That said, the work was outstanding and I would hire this company again.

The technician was very competent and did a good job. However the person with whom I made the arrangement over the phone was misleading. He provided an estimate which was grossly inaccurate requiring me to re-negotiate w/the technician. Not nice for him and not pleasant for me.

I made the mistake of having him Scotch Guard cushions with a plush texture. This left some streaks but Daniel was cheerful about a return visit to make it right. All of the other surfaces were perfectly done.

I arranged for Daniel to clean carpets and some upholstery in a townhouse that my daughter and roommates had just moved into! While they had been promised that the carpets would be cleaned, they had not been! They looked as if they had not been cleaned in 15 years or more and appears to be beyond redemption! Daniel came and completely cleaned so that the carpets looked in perfect shape! He also cleaned a couch that went from grey to beige and looked brand new!! I was so impressed I plan on having him come and clean my carpets! I have NEVER been so pleased with a home improvement contractor as I was with Daniel!! Thank you so much!!

These guys are reliable - they come when they say they will come and when they're running late, they call to let you know. They're honest and they put their all into what can be a dirty and difficult job. Most importantly, they do it with a smile. I would highly recommend them.
