The team did an excellent job with cleaning all of our carpets. They were prompt, on time, and very knowledgeable of their service.

During hurricaine Sandy my basement flooded and was filled with water. My insurance company was not being very helpful in coordinating water removal services and repairs at the time. I called Service Magic after unsuccessfully trying to seek assistance through the yellow pages. Before I hung up the phone, Daniel from Global Carpet cleaning had called and stated that he would be available to come to my home to start all of the necessary work that night. I was elated and relieved all at the same time because this water was sitting in my basement for at least three days. The staff from this company was very friendly and did an excellent job!

Daniel - and I would suggest you ask for him, did an excellent job - I didn't recognize my carpet when he was finished. He got stuck in traffic and called me to let me know he would be a bit late. He was very courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to have Daniel come again and am planning on having additional carpeting cleaned by him in the future.

They were on time and very friendly - cleaned my couch and the result was good.

These guys were great. Only drawback is they're based in MD (we live in Herndon) & despite their best efforts to get here the same day I called (which is fantastic!), the Beltway was a NIGHTMARE & they couldn't make it. But the work was top-notch, the guys were extremely thorough, courteous & hard-working the entire time. It was a tad pricey.

Global Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on my carpet and were very professional. However, I felt they were sorely overpriced as compared to many other carpet cleaning companies who offer specials. I needed my basement carpet cleaned the day before Thanksgiving and paid $120 for one room which was supposed to be a super deal according to the Manager. I've never paid this much for 3 rooms but poor planning made me compromise on the price.

THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM GLOBAL CARPET WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WAS INFORMED ON WHAT THEY COULD DO TO CLEAN & REPAIR MY CARPET, HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. THEY DELIVERED ON EVERY POINT AND MORE. GREAT JOB!!!!!
