Description of Work: D&D just did their eighth annual maintenance on my furnace system (and have done eight on A/C system). When my furnace, which had been installed by another company, stopped working several winters ago, D&D installed a new gizmo under warranty the same day and got it up and running. Their service men are always very professional and offer tons of good advice. I once asked if I should replace my old AC unit and D&D told me not to because it is better constructed than the new ones; that unit has continued to function problem free for the six years since they said to keep it.

Description of Work: My heating system, original to house built in 1961, was rattling. The service technician replaced a part and tightened existing parts for a bit over $100. He warned this might be going on from time to time. I asked him to send a salesperson out for an estimate on replacing the system (the old system, for example has had a busted humidifier and is not efficient). The fellow came out the next week and gave me a good estimate for the new system. I haven't had it installed yet, but I will.
