Response from Davis & Davis Air Conditioning & Heating Inc
Dear [removed member name], First of all were sorry you feel you have not had a good experience with our company. I can assure you we care about all our customers and always have for almost fifty year. I sold you your furnace and coil in 2005 and was on your estimate in February talking with your husband. I wanted to do a free leak check to make sure the indoor coil we installed in 2005 was not leaking, since we were thinking of changing just the outdoor unit and switching to the new refrigerant to save you money. Our technician came out on the 18th of February and determined that the coil was ok and the leak was outside. I then contacted [removed member name] and told him the units have rebates coming out in March, but I didn't know what they were yet. Next as you know we had two snow events, sleet, rain and freezing temperatures in the single digits and we were postponing air conditioning installs until the weather cleared so we could have good ground to lay the air conditioning slabs. The rebates are now here and are $100.00 for the outside unit replacements. I had no idea you wanted the unit installed in this weather and wish you had called me and worked this out. I was only trying to get you rebate money and better weather. I thank you for your past service and wish you the best in the future. If I can help you in the future please feel free to give me a call. Sincerely, Kevin Smith
