Salesman ( John) was excellent-gave us options for 2 different manufacturers. Gave us all the rebate forms that we needed for reimbursement. Crew arrived on time & completed the job in a few hours.Very courteous & professional-cleaned up the area perfectly. A/C Unit seems to be working fine-have not used gas furnace yet.

.They have come back to see me but not for the air conditioning. They installed out complete system initially about 11 or 12 years ago. That is why I was so surprised that our air conditioning stopped working because I had not had it that long. You would think that they would at least last 15-20 years. At the time that it went out, it had only been 11 years at the most. When we moved into the house that I am in now, they were the ones that installed the system that was here when we moved here. So my husband continued to use them. When the air conditioner went out and the furnace went out, I am not sure if they went out or just needed replaced because they were so old. I think they had gotten so old at the time we had contacted them 11 years ago plus. There was a matter of replacing the whole system. We had the heating and air conditioning system replaced. I came home from vacation and my air conditioner was not working. We have used them since we have been in this house since 1983. It depends on who they send out. I am locked in.

Installation was very efficient and the system is working really well. About 1 week later the A/C wasn't working, not due to improper installation but (unknownst to us) a circuit breaker being triggered. We called Davis & Davis after hours and they sent someone to our home within an hour.

They were on time. They did what they were supposed to do, you can't ask for more.

They are responsive especially if you have a contract. If you lose power you are top tier.

I've had them for years. I do not remember the cost of service. Their price is competitive. I'm satisfied with them. I've had them for years. Their quality is excellent, otherwise, I wouldn't have had them.

They are very good. They come back to make sure everything is okay. They make sure you have smoke detectors. One night I called them around 9:00 PM and they came around 10:00 that same night to make sure I had heat because it was cold. They are very good. They don't give up on you. Then a man came out about a week later to check it out again. Now that's what I call good service.

They're excellent. I have an annual contract. They take about half a hour depending on if they have to recharge or whatever they do. They like my dogs. They know where everything is.

I've used Davis & Davis for years. It was a quality appointment. It took about a half hour for the work to be completed and the worker was very good.

not good. before the appointment, my indoor unit was leaking water probably due to clogged drain pipe. the technician wrote he did a drain. I do not believe he did since the indoor unit was still leaking water. I called Davis & Davis to inform them, but they wanted to charge me for coming out again.Today, I attached a wetvac hose to the outdoor drain pipe and it sucked about 1 gallon of green goo from the pipe.

We had to wait a while but I think everyone wanted their heaters.

It's an annual fee, they do the A/C in the spring and heating in the fall. They are exceptional. They clean up very well. The workers were great.

Technician said he would complete inspection of outside units at a later date due to weather, but I never heard back if that was completed.

The service has turned out excellent. They're always prepared and get the work done quickly.
