Was very responsive and even willing to provide service on a weekend. Also very quick to follow up with my invoice upon request.

He replaced an outside faucet which also required replacing a part of the pipe that runs through a small structure in the basement leading to a small brick and mortar structure (~2-3 tall, with a skylight that allows light into basement). I had scheduled the repair 2 weeks earlier but had to cancel for unexpected reasons the day before. I called last Friday and they said he could come between noon and 2 pm. He called 20 mins before noon and was here by noon. He tried to replace the faucet that was dripping (likely due to damage from last year's very cold winter) but was unable to in part due to the way it had been previously installed and the structure of my house. In any event, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explained every thing about the repair and gave me an estimate before starting the work. Because it involved replacing some pipe it was not a simple faucet replacement so I did not qualify for the outside faucet replacement deal, but he did give me a 10% discount for being a member of Angie's list. He also showed me how to bleed the pipe after I turned it off from the inside in the winter and drained it outside. Chris cleaned up after finishing the work. He said that would prevent it from freezing again. He was professional, friendly, kind and I felt he knew what he was doing and trust the work was well done. He was here for close to 1.5 hours so I felt that with time and materials the price was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They are flexible and prompt when scheduling an appointment and Chris is a delight to work with.

My entire kitchen was drenched due to a poor repair job by the previous owners. My wife noticed the water flowing from the cabinets at 10PM and we were forced to turn off the main valve to prevent further damage. I called C&C Plumbing (based on Angie's List reviews) and it was the best thing I could've done. Chris discovered the problem immediately and gave me a quote within the first five minutes of arrival. When he realized that I was military, he gave me a 10% discount and thanked me for serving our country. The $200 service charge included the emergency call and fix. I purchased my home three weeks ago and I have several renovations on-going. I feels great knowing my family and I have a dedicated plumber that we can depend on. I don't believe in putting tacky magnets on my refrigerator but his card earned a spot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was suddenly getting highly unpleasant water backing up in toilets and bathtubs. Called C&C for help and they came the next day, sorted it out quickly and professionally, very friendly and courteous. Couldn't have asked for more and will definitely call on them again for plumbing needs

I had wanted him to replace an outside faucet but when he checked inside he determined that he could not replace it because duct work blocked access. He did replace the inside cutoff so that I could use the outside faucet which leaked a bit and then turn it off easily from the inside.

He checked my drain and he cleared it and tested it. All went well.

This was not an emergency (sink had been dripping for quite some time) so we accepted an appointment several days from the initial call. Chris came and provided an estimate, explaining (and showing) exactly what needed to be done and why. We scheduled the work to be done a week later and he arrived on time and completed the work swiftly. Chris is cheerful, honest, and willing to explain the ins and outs of plumbing to a novice. We are delighted with his service!

They were great. I really liked them. They were very thorough and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They laid down material on the floor as well so they would not get anything dirty. Two men came to do the work and they were great.

Very good. He bills by the job, not by the hour. Hes not cheap, but will do what it takes to get the done that you ask him to do. He is very compitant, and does exclent work. Good personality, and is communicative with his customers, and doesnt leave you hanging. I would not use anyone else.

When someone used the shower, the water would not flow and come out of the kitchen sink. Chris came the day after I called, and not only was he on time, but called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. From the moment he arrived and checked the problem, he knew what was going on. What impressed me the most was that he chose to start snaking from the kitchen sink pipe first, because it would be less expensive for me if he could unclog the pipe from there rather than having to take out the toilet upstairs. He gave me the price for that work, and explained the difference in price if he had to take the toilet out. He put at least 50 feet of snake down the drain going all the way to the street line to make sure the pipe was completely clear. He did a great job, and now everything works perfectly, even better than before. Chris was very professional, he walked me through the entire process and his rate was competitive and lower than the bigger plumbing companies. He is now the only plumber that I will use.

I was very happy with C & C Plumbing. Chris was prompt, professional and very competent. We had a water hammer problem when the basement toilet was flushed. We thought we probably needed a new pressure reducing valve. We were surprised to find out that no pressure reducing valve had been installed in this house even though it was newly built in 2006 and it is well known that the water pressure in this part of town is very high. (Different plumbers installed the plumbing when the house was built). We also had questions about 3 other toilets in our house that didn't seem to flush smoothly. Chris was very efficient in installing the new valve and very fair in his pricing. He also was very honest in his assessment of the toilets, declining to try to fix something that he said wasn't really broken (he did install one new flapper in one toilet where the existing flapper was obviously the wrong size). I will definitely call him again.

Excellent. Opened access panel behind bathtub. Filled tub and inspected for leaks (bathtub had not been used in 2 years since leak/renovations). Replaced

I called and they arranged a visit for the next day. He came on time, looked at the situation and gave me a quote. I don't know what it would cost with someone else. I was higher than I expected but probably in line or less than another company. I just know plumbers are very expensive. I said when can you do it. He said now and he finished in a proper amount of time. It looks very professional . It works perfectly. We are very happy and would use him as our first choice again I had called Payless first and left a phone message saying what I needed. They said if they couldn't do it, I would not hear from them. I didn't.

I think they did a fine job and I will use them again in the future.

He was courteous and answered all my questions. He also walked me through the entire process and kept me informed on the job he was working on and everything that needed to be done.

Chris (the owner) was a pleasant person to work with. Shortly after closing on a home a leak was discovered and we needed it fixed ASAP. After scheduling our appointment he was prompt and provided amazing service. He was kind enough to let me borrow his saw to make the needed holes in the wall as the the work would be cheaper by doing it myself. After completing the work and having him return to fix the pluming I couldn't be happier. I have used him other times and have no complains at all. He has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with.

I have used them a couple times. They are a family owned business. They are very friendly, pleasant and do a a good job. If there is anything wrong, he immediately apologizes, comes back and fixes it. He doesn't give you a hard time.

Excellent service. Excellent and timely work! Laid tarps down to protect floors from yucky stuff. And then cleaned up any drips that came OFF the tarps in the wrap up! Originally told us it would be so and so for the 45 minutes of work; finding the real problem - after snaking out both drains and not getting the pipes clear - spent almost 3 hours from start to finish and only charged a little 'up charge' for all the extra time! Yes, it was a Saturday evening and yes, we paid a premium but the thoroughness of the work and the consideration he extended up was worth it. REALLY. We will definitely have him back to correct the poorly reduced pipe drainage issue that came with the original construction. Thank you Chris!

I had one of those home warranty services from Pepco. And whenever I had a plumbing problem, they would send C&C plumbing. I started asking for C&C specifically. A couple of times, the fee was very close to the $95 deductible. And then I realized, I don't need the warranty. I'll just hire C&C when I have a plumbing issue. That's what I do now. I call. They come promptly. The prices are reasonable. And the work is done right. I recommend C&C highly and without reservation.

Started off with slow drains in both bathrooms. They came in and snaked the system first. Advising us that the toilet paper we were using wasn't known for breaking down easily (very thick TP). Workers seemed very professional and knowledgeable. Told us we needed the water pump replaced (we knew it was very old). Set us up for the following week. Showed up on time and called first. Awesome company, they even let me pay in 2 payments! I cannot praise them enough!

We have called C&C for several previous services - when we broke a shower valve, when our kitchen drain line needed to be snaked, to install a new toilet, and to fix a leaking refrigerator water line, in addition to the sink installation job mentioned above. In every occassion Chris has done excellent work and explains what he is doing and why he recommends a particular method. I trust his advice and am confident in his work, and we will definitely call him for future plumbing needs (when we redo our master bath or have other misadventures in home rennovations). I highly recommend C&C Plumbing.

I was pleased with the job they did. Overall, it was a favorable experience.

The plumber arrived approximately 40 minutes late, but he seemed honest. He didnt try to sell us services we didnt need, and he did was he was asked to do in a timely and professional manner. He did make one additional recommendation (fixing the hose hookup, which we knew needed to be fixed eventually anyway), but with no pressure, and the price seemed more than fair so we went ahead and did it. Overall, this plumber was someone we would consider using again.

Not well. It would have helped if they had explained in advance what the fee would be even if they did not deal with any problems. Then, the professionalism they displayed was very poor when I complained about what I thought was an outrageous charge.
