We had him repair a leak in the shower faucet and repaired the toliet. It really went well overall. It was a good service. The guy came on time and we haven't had any problem with what he repaired since.

I couldn't be happier with C&C Plumbing. The owner showed up and was courteous, nice, and professional. He inspected everything and ended up doing the repairs on four toilets without overcharging me. All the toilets still work perfectly. Highly recommended.

I used this Big Deal to have C & C repair the drain line on our dishwasher. The work was excellent! They were very professional and punctual. I felt that it was a great Deal! We took a chance on their Big Deal after reading some of their reviews on Angie's List.

It was a fairly expensive job. They're ordinarily responsive. They're very helpful and do very good work. Chris is very friendly and honest.

Small company. The owner came himself. Very easy to make appt and he was very prompt and professional. Had a coupon that covered most of his services. Balance less than $50. I had the new faucet as it was a warranty replacement. He remove the old one and installed the new one very quickly. Had to purchase 2 new extension hoses for the connection - they were reasonably priced. Overall very pleased and will definitely use him again. Just wish they took credit cards for payment.

We over paid for the number of hours they were here. One plumber came out and one plumber was in training.

It went well. He had to cancel other appointments to finish the job but did so.

Initial communication with the company went well and I received an appointment on that call. I also received a phone call when the technician was on his way and Chris showed up within the specified timelines. Chris was professional and considerate of property and provided candid advice regards resolving my problems. The service call was fair and reasonable for the price paid including the coupon and the additional cost.

The service went well. I thought the pricing was fair for the quality of service. I had them repair the toilet and replace some parts of the toilet. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

He installed a garbage disposal, but did not inform me that my drain was stopped up. I ended up having to call another plumber later to unclog my drain.

Chris was absolutely awesome. Initially we were hoping we busted needed to update the faucet and handles, but this turned into a complete rip an replace installation cause the old unit was rusted and couldn't be repaired. Chris was undeterred by the challenge, went to the plumbing supply store to get the right parts and came back, tools in hand, and got right to work. A service call that was expected to take 1/2 hour hour turned into a 3 hour major repair. Chris worked through, carefully opening the wall from the back, careful not to damage the tile, and replaced the old and rusted valve. I will be using Chris for any plumbing related upgrades/ repairs going forward.

I decided to go with a plumber recommended by my condominium, but the interactions with C & C Plumbing went just fine.

I purchased a "deal" of $125 for $200 worth of plumbing services. They came to my house for a basic bathtub leak, spent 15 minutes. I was out of town emailed and then called repeatedly to get a quote or estimate for the repair work. It took four days for them to send it to me. The invoice I received stated a fee of 1. $69.00 service call 2. $120 for leak search. It would cost an additional $430 to actually fix it. I called them to clarify why it would cost $189 just to tell me I have a bathtub leak - which I already knew. They then updated their invoice and said the "search" was actually $75 and they made an adjustment to my toilet chain which was $45. I actually then sent them a message to schedule an appointment as it was difficult for me to find another company from out of town. They never responded. Finally, I found a company that was trustworthy and responsive for 1/3 of what C&C Plumbing quoted me. So I'm out of $125 for nothing. This is my first negative review out of 10 AL purchases and I will explore my customer satisfaction options. I have all emails and correspondence to prove this account of events.

It went great. The plumber was very professional, cleaned up after himself. Told me that I should replace my plumbing since it's not done correctly ( which I already knew about ). Overall, A-s all around. Would recommend this plumber to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic. He is very very professional. He is extremely informative and always a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough about him.

"Chris" was friendly and knowledgeable. He analyzed the problem carefully and explained the nature of it. He had arrived promptly at the appointed time. He worked efficiently, and then explained what he had done when he was finished. We had been misinformed by other workmen in our building that the stoppage was due to a faulty garbage disposal unit. Chris quickly clarified that that was not the real cause of the stoppage/blockage in the drain--thus, saving us time and money!

My appointment went very well. I was contacted the same day I purchased the package deal and we were able to schedule within three days of my purchase. He contacted me when he was on his way, was able to locate the problem and was able to fix the issue. Excellent service. Would definitely use again.

It turns out that I have to go out of town and am not going to have time to use the Big Deal, so I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

Everything is working well now. We are very pleased!

Overall very good. Chris and I discussed what I wanted done, he gave me an estimate, and then performed the work relatively quickly. My only "ding" if you will was that the woman on the phone told me the price I had paid for the deal ($125 for $200 worth of service) should cover a reseating, so when I owed an addition $49 after that, I was a little surprised. That being said, I am 100% confident Chris did an excellent job and if had a problem, he'd be back here to fix it.

The company representative came onsite and looked at the job at hand and was very professional and honest and advised they could not begin the task for the allotted funds ($125). They were very punctual and professional, I would not hesitate to call on them again. I was able to utilize a referral from a friend to get the repairs done.

I called them on a Friday and I told them I had multiple tubs that I wanted to have snaked. The woman I talked to that answered the phone said that she wasn't sure what the total price would be, but the $150 credit would be applied to the total charge. I told her that my understanding of the Angie's list coupon was that it was for one hour of work, not $150 credit. She said she would check and get back to me, but we went ahead and made an appointment for the following Thursday. I called back again on Tuesday since I still had not heard back from her, but didn't get an answer so I left a message. On Wednesday she returned my call, but I was not aware since she didn't leave a message. So Thursday morning I called and once again got voicemail saying that I would not be home in the afternoon for my scheduled appointment since I had not received a resolution to my question. The woman finally called me back and we had a chance to discuss my issue. She said the $150 would cover whatever work could be completed in an hour, but any additional time past that would be an additional charge (which makes sense). However she tried to make excuses saying it is hard to determine how long an hour is because the worker has to go back and forth to the truck to get parts, etc. I have plenty of clocks in my home, the time wasn't a concern of mine. She then said there would be a $69 service charge that is applied to all calls. I told her the coupon clearly states this is included, she argued that it wasn't. She said she would call Angie's list to talk to them about the discrepancy. I asked her whether she was going to honor the coupon or not, and again she said she needed to call Angie's list first. So I concluded that she had no intention of honoring it, and informed her that I would be calling them to request a refund.

The plumber came out to do the work and wasn't able to fix the issues that I am having. He advised me to contact Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase, which I have done.

Chris arrived promptly and evaluated the job quickly. The old valve was in a tight spot, so he would have to enlarge the opening to be able to work on it. We agreed on a price and he began work. Chris is a very friendly and personable guy and, from what I can see, a very competent plumber. The work progressed quickly and with no problems. I'm more than satisfied with the result. From now on, he's my plumber.
