All went fine as always with C&C, whom I use regularly. Chris is responsive, punctual, very capable and courteous. Cleans up very well after the work. Not the cheapest plumber maybe but well worth it.

Voila! Work done & I wish I had found Chris sooner, but now I feel confident that I finally found a reliable & (less expensive than "Len"! affordable Plumber! Chris cleaned up afterwards too. I am ....relieved.

Fantastic job by Chris. Showed up on time and knocked this out. Even did some re-work of the pipe supplying the faucet to make sure it would drain well when prepping for winter.

They were prompt, professional, and worked until the drain was clear.

He came late on a Friday to fix a water heater. I was extremely appreciative. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it in a half an hour. The fee was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Chris.

Chris was fantastic. I needed a smaller hot water heater than we originally thought and he went above and beyond to get it, replace it, and was nice about it throughout. He also stuck to the original quote. Highly recommend!

It went great. The plumber diagnosed the problem and it to more than 45' to unclog the sink. He worked to make sure that he got rid of the clog. He was very dilligent and I think I was his last call for the day.

Chris was extremely responsive and came early in the morning before his first appointment to see if he could do a quick repair. The problem could not be resolved quickly so he assured me that he would return after he completed his first job. Her returned later in the day and went right to work installing a new valve. He explained that any repair he did to the faucet would most probably be temporary and that it would eventually leak again so he installed the new faucet that I had purchased earlier in the day. I was very pleased with Chris. He was responsive, professional and explained everything to me as he worked. C&C will be my first choice for future plumbing requirements.

All work has been of great quality, performed promptly, and at a competitive price with other bids received. We will continue calling C&C Plumbing for future projects.

C&C Plumbing returned my call within 20minutes, Chris was at my house in one hour, he had a beautiful replacement, installed it within one hour and was on his way. He was courteous, very pleasant, very professional and explained what he was doing as he worked. I will definitely use his company again.

My old kitchen faucet finally died...I purchased a new one and quickly realized I was way outta my depth! Called C&C and spoke with Marinela..I could immediately tell she cared about my problem. Not only did she suggest my old faucet might still be under warranty, she looked at a pic I sent, made a determination of it's manufacturer, and even reached out to them on my behalf! it's the small gestures that make the difference sometimes. unfortunately it wasn't covered which is why I ended up purchasing a new one. Enter Chris, the man of the hour...literally! he showed up promptly 2 days later to install this new stainless steel monstrosity, within 60 minutes he had it installed despite it's hard to reach location. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and even pointed out a few things about my plumbing not one but TWO home inspectors missed. C&C Plumbing service was excellent. They responded immediately to my inquiry for a quote and were very helpful and affordable. The plumber was able to come out to our house within a day of contacting them. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and performed the service quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely use them again!

We needed urgent help with a sewage pump. Chris was able to come right away. Before coming to our house, he anticipated the likely problem and so brought the parts with him. He was able to fix the problem on the spot (rather than having to come back with parts later on). Very professional. He explained well the problem and steps to ensure adequate maintenance. He left everything very clean. I would definitely call on C&C plumbing again.

Using C&C Plumbing was very good. I had two drains backed up. I called on one day, set up an appointment for the next afternoon. Chris was punctual, helpful, and got the job done. He got some huge hair clumps out of the drains. I'd recommend him.

Contractor does not provide service in my area (SW DC). Responded promptly once they realized that my home is outside their service area.

Chris easily repaired one toilet, which a handyman had told me probably couldn't be fixed. He pronounced the other toilet dead, with a detailed explanation of the reason. Chris then undertook to find a replacement -- quite a challenge due to size restrictions. He persisted, even after it became apparent he might have nothing to gain from this extra work. After his visit, he continued the search and let me know the toilet I need just doesn't exist. I was very impressed with Chris's expertise, professionalism, and work ethic.

The first thing the owner said when he arrived at our house is that he'd never seen our type of washing machine valve before. That seemed strange. He proceeded to cut out wall up to investigate, and told us he's replace it for $250. But he wouldn't actually help install the washing machine. My wife had specifically told them setting up the appointment that it was to install a washing machine, but he insisted he could not help lift the machine for health reasons. We would have understood that, but they should have told us that on the phone. Instead, he came out, cut into our wall, and then informed us he would not complete the job (and demanded payment for coming out). We then reached out to another plumber, who showed up, immediately recognized and fixed our valve, and the quickly set up the washing machine - all for half the estimate C & C gave. (The other plumber was, however, shocked by the awful hole C & C unnecessarily left in our wall.)

We had a leak and he took a look and said the plumbing wasn't the problem. The problem wasn't solved but I don't blame him because he showed up on time and I was happy with their services. They came out within a week and there weren't any additional charges. It wasn't plumbing related it turned out that there were cracks in the ground through which water was seeping in through. I would say everything was fine.
