Description of Work: Mowing the lawn -- the front lawn has been done quite nice, but there have always been very visible streaks (bare earth) left by the mowing machine. The manager said that was because they used different machines. I probably will not use their service next year, as I have a feeling that machine is brutal to the grass.

Description of Work: Yard clean up, trim and mulch. |The owner/manager was very professional and responsive. The people who actually did the work were clearly not experts or even very good at their job. They had to return several times to fix what was not done correctly. I was not pleased with the service. I gave specific instructions on what to do and not to do and still, no success. Sending the same workers to do the job right was probably not the best thing to do because it was made worse. I provided pictures to indicate how my yard usually looks...I just have no words to describe what it looks like now. I am so not pleased. Which is sad because I do believe the owner and his crew tried, they just didn't do well on this job. Sorry to have to lower your GPA but I have to tell the truth. I rated some of the areas higher because, like I said, they did try and the owner was responsive every time I contacted him either by email or phone, and they did show on time the third day. I rated the price "C" not because it was high but because I really had high expectations after reading the reviews. I do not feel what we paid was what we got. This is truly unfortunate.

 + -1 moreRan out of time to mow my lawn this year. It was important to me to hire a local company to help me out. BAM's is local to me, so I tried them out. BAM's does all of the mowing and trimming on my lawn at a reasonable price. It has been nearly two months now with no regrets. They do a great job. The lawn looks much better than when I was mowing it. Communication via email and phone has been easy. I could not be any happier.
Description of Work: Have lawn mowed and trimmed on a bi-weekly basis.
