Their work was very good to excellent. Problem is that they are non responsive to telephone calls and unreliable in performing services. Nice young couple, but lack communication skills. Have been instructed on multiple occasions to mow as needed and when needed because this property is part of an Estate and is not occupied. Unresponsive to doing job, even when saying they will do (when you actually talk to someone)- but excuses-- rain; broken equipment, sick, on so on. Complaints from Realtor and neighbors that grass is excessively high- over 12"- no call backs from them- no mowing- and I imagine no commitment to their business. Sorry, I would like to see them succeed and gave them lots of opportunity to have ongoing business since last summer. I cannot recommend their services.
