Description of Work: Bathroom renovation. It went very well. I'm very happy with the results.

Description of Work: Keedysville was hired to fully gut and redo a master bath, gut and partially redo a walk-in closet, and partially demo and redo a full bath. I choose Keedysville from 3 contractors. He had the best price and was rated well on Angie's List. He (Robbie) understood my desire to choose and order my own finishes. I believe he is an ethical contractor. He was patient with the changes I made during the job. On the other side, he was obviously very busy, juggling multiple jobs at once which meant there were often days where he or his crew could only work for a few hours or didn't come at all due to back logs. From demo day to completion, it was nearly 3 months. One of his crew made a significant mistake, covering over an airduct opening with ceramic tile. This resulted in a re-routing of ductwork -- which Keedysville completely paid for -- but extended the job by a few weeks. More recently, I contacted Robbie because a piece of siding, which his crew installed, came off during high winds. Robbie quickly acknowledged my call, but one week later I am still waiting to hear when he plans to schedule the repair.

Description of Work: Bathroom remodeling, Laminate floor in kitchen and living room and bedroom. Painting and patching of walls. Did very good work cleaned up afterwards. Easy to work with highly recommend.

Description of Work: We started off with wanting our main bath and master bath remodeled. We were so pleased with the initial main bath remodel we had a new deck and pergola put on before having the master bath remodeled. We could not be happier with the work and have more work in the future for Keedysville Construction.

Description of Work: We had a flood in our basement, they replaced the drywall, doors and door jambs and trim removed by Serv-Pro, painted and replaced bathroom vanity. and sink top.

Description of Work: started with painting of living room walls, ceilings and trim. moved to new laminate flooring in foyer and kitchen. now that work is complete, we are moving to the complete tearout and remodel of the main bath. that work will begin in late summer.

Description of Work: Owner accompanied me to view lots for building specific houseplans. There was no charge. Owner was a pleasure to talk to. Only problem is that his website doesn't always deliver emails. He is looking into this problem.

Description of Work: Removed existing tile in bathroom shower/tub area. Removed sink and toilet. Hauled away debris. Prepared floor for new tile. Installed new shower tile. Installed concrete backer board. Installed tile on wall behind sink and beside sink. Repaired ceiling and walls. Replaces closet door (wrong-sized door removed. Painted (2 coats) wall and ceiling. He worked with limestone tile - mosaic on walls and 12" tiles on floor. The grout colors were perfect. The tiles were sealed. He was able to work around the poorly designed tub platform providing a beautifully done marble finish to the base of the tub -- previously a hideous eye-sore. Overall a splendid job. His sub-contractors for electric and plumbing were professional and very quick (his prices less expensive then if I had sub-contracted my own providers).

Description of Work: Hired Keedysville Construction to tear out, frame, and plumb an existing bathroom located in the family room. They did what was expected and did quality work.
