They arrived on time and cleaned my house quickly and thoroughly for an upcoming party. They coordinated times with their carpet cleaning 'crew' to immediately follow their housecleaning, so not a beat was skipped. My house looked and smelled fantastic when they were finished. I love this service! They are so accommodating, friendly, cheerful, and professional. Thai Cleaning is a wonderful discovery! Thank you, Angie's List.

I requested an estimate and information. Within an hour I was contacted and given full details of what I could/should expect from their service. I set an appointment for the following week. The crew was a bit late but called and advised they had car trouble. They were close by and would come just as soon as road assistance showed up and helped them with the situation. This is understandable and was not a problem. The only reason I gave a B in this category is because the issue existed. The owner came a bit later to ensure all was to our liking, especially since the scheduling had been delayed. This allowed the girls to continue with an effective job without the pressure of needing to rush to be on time for their next engagement. The cleaning job was excellent and the price was very fair. We plan on discussing a regular schedule and what might be most appropriate in our situation.

I called for an estimate and spoke with Gary, the owner. I then scheduled a day and time. They were prompt, in fact called and ask to come earlier. They completed the cleaning as required. They were professional and very pleasant. I will definitely be scheduling them on a regular basis.

Did not perform services as detailed in their ad. No Thai arrived, nor did I speak to a single Thai person. When they scheduled to come out and fix what they didn't do, they were charging us the full rate. My husband called to cancel them upset over being promised a discount on cleaning services since they didn't do what was advertising like wash the dishes, or clean the sheets, the woman wanted to charge him a cancellation fee. OK, well that is their POLICY. Would be nice to know what the policies are before you are charged for violating them. Gets better!!!.....I knew NONE of this. I got a call from them to schedule because my husband hung up after not being able to understand the person answering the phone and they needed to schedule this "fix it visit" with me. WOW.....way to play me and my husband against each other. My husband was furious with me and I couldn't believe this was happening. I would never bring them here again, and it is ashamed because the girl running the show when they were here knew her cleaning business. I hope she goes somewhere else so we can use her again. Again- how can miscommunication occur on the first visit. No use responding to anything you have to say because you'll lie your way out of it. Shows the customer more about you from your response as a provider than arguing any point. We had a housekeeper for years and thrilled even when done wrong. You were here 2 hours for $185.00, you didn't mind cashing the check.

I was very pleased with the cleaning provided by Thai Cleaning Service. Kudos to Kendra and Crystal who were 2 friendly, professional young ladies who did an excellent job cleaning my home. They worked hard and were organized. This was a great value for the price. I had to leave before they were finished and am sorry I didn't get to thank them myself in person. It was so nice to return to a clean home...thank you so much!

The two cleaners showed up on time, were very courteous and went right to work. We didn't need to provide much direction and we were extremely pleased with the results. They cleaned several areas empty rooms that didn't have much in them, that I told them didn't need to be cleaned. They definetly went beyond what was expected. We were very pleased when we came home to a clean house. They provided a great house clean and a stress reliever!

I called the cleaning service to get an appointment to do a deep cleaning and spoke with the owner. The owner took the time to specify what would be cleaned and asked some questions about the house. Since I was using the Angie's List deal for 3 hours of service, the owner indicated that if I thought that my house would take up more time that I had the option of purchasing additional hours. On the day of the cleaning I had planned on being there but I was not able to leave work so I called the office and told the cleaning service the information they needed to get into the house to clean and I had also indicated that I wanted the house cleaned from top to bottom and would pay for any additional hours spent. When I got home, the crew was still there and they took me through what they had done. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of detail in cleaning and arranging that had been done. The cleaning was up and beyond my expectation and I had personally called the owner up to let him know. I am glad that I came across this service via the Angie's List special and I have decided to use this company for routine cleanings from now on.

Timing is everything. I was getting ready to move into a home (in another state) and Angie's list had a specal on house cleaning so I took a chance and purchased. The cleaning went well and I am going to use them on a bi-weekly basis to keep my home clean!

The overall work was excellent. They are very thorough. They work the entire time that they are there. They are very hard working. They are very honest. They charge you on how far they do the cleaning. I would rate them high overall. Their price is quite competitive. I would use them again in the future.

Overall, pleasant and low key. Was impressed with Kendel or Kendra (I forgot her name) who can't find work in field she is trained for so working for cleaning service. I like hard working people who just move ahead.

They are overall pretty good. It is definitly a good thorough cleaning for the money. Don't hesitate to call management if you are not happy with the job, they will go the extra mile to make you happy.

It went really well. They did a great job. They were on time. They are always nice to my dog. They have a good level of attention to detail. The scheduling guy on the phone, Gary, is great. They are really good. The price is average.

They cleaned whole house from top to bottom. Certain areas I took care of myself but what they did they did very well.

We're still using them, but since the quality of cleaning appears to be not as thorough we are starting to look for other more cost effective solutions.
