Thai Cleaning Service

I have used this service a few times. They did a very nice job and followed my requests. I would highly recommend them. They provided a very thorough professional cleaning and were polite and on time.

I have used this company for about 4 months and have been very happy with the service. They call the day before to confirm the appointment (which I have every 2 weeks) and the cleaning crew usually shows up right on time or even early. They are professional and get right to work, and are even friendly with my dog! While there is some variation in quality of work, they are always satisfactory and leave me with a clean house and happy feeling. It takes about an hour and a half to clean my small 2-bedroom rowhouse top to bottom and the price is very reasonable. I am happy to have found this company!

The service sets it up with the first cleaning is a deep cleaning - baseboards and all. I was there, and the lady got there at 8:30 am ( I chose the time) and worked very hard and steady for 6 hours, cleaning my parent's 1-floor, 1 1/2 bath, 3 bedroom home, for $30/hour, total $180. Mom was very pleased. The lady was careful to clean around all the things on the shelves and overall was thorough. After that the lady comes every 2 weeks for $80. The lady talks to my Mother about what she wants done and is very hard-working and careful. TCS sends me a bill by email and I pay by PayPal. I have good communication with the office, both phone and email.

Thai Cleaning calls every Wednesday to remind us that they are coming. They have a routine of what they clean, but will change what they do if you have specific needs. They don't move furniture to clean, but we are getting a great cleaning for a very reasonable price.

They were punctual, but I felt as though the quality of the work was mediocre. Furthermore, they wouldn't do certain tasks that I asked them to do, and it seemed as though they added on services in order to inflate the price.

They were very professional overall. From the initial phone call to setting up the appointment to confirming the appointment by email, and then by phone as the day approached. The work would normally take four hours,and when it was obvious it was going to go longer they called to get approval. I was not surprised as it had not been fully cleaned in quite a while. We also have a Siberian Husky (fur everywhere) and to top it off the house is a log cabin. We were most worried about the dog as she does not mean, but does not like strangers. We had her confined to the back deck for the day. When I got home from work she was in the house walking around the cleaners like they were old pals. We will definitely have them back on a regular basis. The bath fixtures have never looked better. The windows were great. The trash was emptied and put out, etc...

I had Thai Cleaning Service come out twice. The first time they did an excellent job but could not finish the whole huse so I aked that they send the same two women out again for their regular fee; only one of them was the same and the second time the second woman did not do as good of a job. I gave each of the women really hefty tips. The "lead cleaner" had told me that I would definitely get a call from the owner soon asking if I wished them to continue coming...I have yet to hear from them (one year later) and that was a disappointment. I felt that if they went with a coupon from Angie's list then they should have been prepared to continue their service...not just do "one shot deals" but that is what it has amounted to. Bad marketing on their part.

Overall we are satisfied. Original duo (muffin and "new girl") showed up on time and began cleaning the upstairs. Leading up to the three hour mark, I began to check some of the areas they had already cleaned (specifically the master bath floor and shower and the microwave). I found the shower and glass full of soap scum and water spots and the microwave hadn't been touched. The new girl was originally assigned these areas and muffin had to go back and re-do them (except for the microwave, new girl took instruction from Muffin on how to clean a microwave). Originally I was charged for the additional time necessary to fix and re-clean what the new girl had missed. This was when I started thinking "OK, so much for this company!" At that point, the original duo left with a check for 3.5 hours. After they left, I had an opportunity to review the kitchen and I noticed dirty baseboards, cobwebs, and a dirty range. At that point, I called Meaw at the office and complained. She sent Muffin back to address all my concerns and offered me a refund for the additional half hour originally charged for new girl's incompetence . I am a little disappointed that they sent me the new girl to begin with. Moving forward, I know who to request (Muffin), and will be doing business with them again.

The owner insisted that they perform a deep-clean even though I had another housekeeper that had cleaned my house a week earlier. They costs were over double provided in the estimate. I am not going to use their services again. The were also over an hour late arriving. They had to use my vacuum cleaner; theirs had a broken belt.

I have used Thai Cleaning Service four times. In all four cases, the experience scheduling the cleaning was pleasant, although the first time there was a scheduling SNAFU (quickly corrected and not experienced since). (I provide a key, so I do not know anything about timeliness down to the hour of arrival.) They can usually fit me into the schedule within a few days. The cleaning itself has ranged from good to excellent; I have a very small house that a two-person team usually cleans from top to bottom in two-and-a-half hours, although they sometimes skip the basement (for different reasons, but all acceptable ones thus far). The price appears comparable to other companies in the area. I have been happy with their service and will probably continue to call them on an as-needed basis (I usually do my own housecleaning).

So far, everything has gone well. I like the consistency of having the same person sent out each time. They’ve been honoring that, which I appreciate.

We are pleased with them. Everything is fine with them. Their prices are very good, and their service and punctuality is good. The only challenge is that the weekends are tough. We would have preferred Sundays or Saturdays, but that is more difficult. It is a common thing in that business. Their price was the best amongst anybody we could find anywhere. They don’t do nights or weekends, though it is very rare. If somebody wants that, they are not willing to do that or else they charge more or it is very hard to get them on a Saturday. We just have them do the work during a weekday rather than during the night or weekend. We have had no problems with them, and the work has been well done.

They charge me every time they come. I pay them during a period of time. They’re good. I will use them again in the future.

The first deep clean was excellent but everyone after that was just ok. I would use them again as long as the price doesn't go up and there aren't any issues.

They seem to be doing pretty well. They come when they say they are going to come. Its two girls at a time. I really don’t have any complains or anything. I would use them in the future.

Thai Cleaning initially cleaned my home well. On subsequent visits, they began to get sloppy. Trash wasn't emptied, wet cleaning rags left, showing up late to clean, setting off my house alarm, and missing entire areas contracted for them to clean. I called them out for re-cleans, spoke with the manager Gary several times regarding the quality of the service, and also the the office manager/owner (Mai, I think). The final straw was my then brand new $270, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, which now has no writing/labels on it, b/c it was wiped/scrubbed off. I called to report it and left several messages on a voice mail that were never answered. It hasn't been replaced. They still have my key as well. Their service is poor. The staff regard one another's abilities poorly, and the management is sub-par. Perhaps if you are already an established client, their service may rate, but I would not recommend them to any of my family, friends, or coworkers just based on the attitude and inaction of the management.

They have been on time. They have been prompt. The pricing has been reasonable. They do great work. It has been very easy to get them to come out. It took them a day or two to come to my home.

They cleaned the house including both the bathroom and kitchen. I would say they were very good on cleaning but they were little bit on the slow side. They were at the house on time but I feel like they took longer than necessary to do the work. Although, they did very good work and they were thorough. If I had the need I would, I don’t know if I absolutely need their services. If I did need them I would use them again.

I've had this service since September of 2011. Initially I was very pleased. However as time went on the service deteriorated. I've had to recall them 5 or 6 times now total to redo things. The items listed on their web page as typical for their service are not always done. It really depends on what crew you get. In addition I've asked that when I'm not home certain doors be shut as my dogs will get into the rooms. On one occasion they left the bedroom door open and my bed was totally trashed from where the dogs came in to play when I got home.I've asked them on several occasions not to clean certain things in my meditation room. Today the another new crew came and promptly started moving things around in the meditation room. In addition, their billing is out of wack. One day I received an email stating I owed them $400! I went back to my bank statements and saw the time frame they said I owed them money, checks were cashed by them. So, somehow they scrambled their accounting as well. They were initially very good, but the service continuously went down hill. I think they are too busy and do not have enough people. So I rate them a C because they are not consistently good. Today I had another new crew after being assured I'd have the same crew from now on. Every time it is someone different, the service is different and I have to make sure everything I needed is conveyed as their front office does not pass things on. Ugh- I'm off to look for another service - again....

Having used several overpriced quality-impaired services in the past, we were very pleased to find Thai Cleaning. Very professional, great communication (lots of follow up calls and confirmation calls), punctual, and excellent job cleaning the house. We plan to use them on a regular basis and hope the quality and service continue.

Couple of disclaimers: We are fairly new to Angie's list, but we found this business here. After the college tuitions & recession hit us we had to stop our prior cleaning service (who we didn't like much anyway). Recently we were able to start again, and found the Thai Cleaning Service on Angie's List. They have been great in every way. First, after I called and left a message, I got a call back within the next working day. Noy explained their services and we discussed our need for an extra 'first time' cleaning. We set a date and time for their first visit. Noy also told me that they would give us pricing for recurring visits after they had been to our house for this first visit and knew what would be required. Noy explained all of their services and policies in great detail (For example - she explained they will change the bed linens if we put clean linens out and they will load any dishes into the dishwasher but only if the dishwasher is empty. See my comments below....) Twice before that first visit, I got calls to follow-up and remind us; and to ask if we had any questions. When they came for the first visit, the crew was prompt, professional, and worked hard and fast. The crew leader walked through the house with me and noted areas of special concern and areas to ignore. One note: They were really great with our dogs. They are nice to (nice) dogs and followed our instructions about putting them out in the yard & back in. Everything they did was great and they wet-mopped all our hardwood floors which looked great. I didn't know what linens to use for the bed (my wife does that), and the leader was almost disappointed when I told her not to change the bed - "Why Not! I liked that positive attitude.) I won't list everything they did well, because 95% was perfect. Very minor complaints: I think one of the ladies on the crew was in training, and needed prompting by the lead. That being said, I was impressed that the lead was paying good attention to her and training her on the job. They will put any dishes in the dishwasher, but I found it was not loaded very well - the lady didn't know how to arrange dishes to make sure some things won't block other items from getting cleaned.) These things are all minor in my opinion and I am only mentioning them to be fair - no one is perfect. After the first visit, they called to give me the rate for routine, every-two-week cleaning which was $120 per visit, which for our house is very good. They've been back twice since the first visit and we are just as happy with their service. We will use the Thai Cleaning Service until they give us some reason to change, and I hope that doesn't happen!

I have had cleaners for 20 years and I find it hard to find a company to put up with my expectations. Thai cleaning has done a great job. Gary and staff are pleasant, professional ,trustworthy, incredibly organized, and accomodating. This company is very impressive, and easy to work with. They make life grand. My favorite day is cleaning day. I hope they can put up with me for a long time to come. Overall, Thai Cleaning is a well managed and progressive company. I am grateful to have them in my life, for sure.

I called on Friday to schedule a time to come out. They gave me a courtesy call on Saturday to let me know they were coming today. I had to drive three hours from New York last night to be here and board my dog. They called and said I was too far away and could not come out.
