Thai Cleaning Service

I needed a cleaning service for my Mother and this service was the answer to all my needs. The service was very professional and on time. Pang (spelling?) was very nice and worked very hard the entire time that she was there. She had great attention to detail and took a great deal of pride in her work. When she was finished, my Mother's house was sparkling. She used all of her own products and equipment, it was so nice not to have to worry about cleaning supplies or equipment, Before she left she ask us to check her work to make sure that she had done everything to our satisfaction, which she had done and more. I will not only use this service again, I have scheduled them to do the monthly maintenance on my Mother's home. The price is great and the service is exceptional.

I chose the company because I am Thai. It was very easy to converse and set up a customized cleaning experience. The service overall went very well.

Overall the service was good, with no breakage of anything. They did a fine job in the bathrooms and the other rooms. No issues with areas not dusted or vacuumed. Our kitchen floor is wood, and they could have done a better job on that floor. However, I didn't address it with them so I can't say whether or not it would have improved if I had. I'm also not sure if/when they did high dusting since I was working full-time and didn't check. My objective was to have my house clean enough so I didn't have to worry about it if we had company over. They certainly did that. But, you know how it is, no one cleans your house like you do.

The 2 girls were very good. Claudia was excellent. She was professional and responsive and even made sure to leave all the bottles organized whenever and writing facing forward. nice touches through out. They did everything I asked. Spent 5 hours for deep cleaning but I was helping with dusting as it would have taken much longer and much pricier otherwise. Pricey for $75 per hour but very good cleaning.

A team comes to clean my house once a month. They are prompt and do a nice job. The staff are very responsive on occasions that I need to reschedule.

Thai Cleaning was a recommendation from a friend. I am really picky when it comes to the cleanliness of my home. In fact, my husband has diagnosed me as a perfectionist with OCD tendencies, so I was a little reluctant to hire a cleaning service. However, after trying Thai Cleaning, I am so glad that I followed my friend's advice. I was home during the cleaning process and observed how hard the two young women who cleaned my home worked. I was impressed with their attention to detail. While my house isn't overly huge (about 2,400 sq. feet), I do have two cats who shed A LOT. The women really took their time to vacuum and re-vacuum, paying special attention to removing the cat hair that has built up over time. They also vacuumed all of my furniture to remove the cat hair. They showed up during the arranged time and worked from the moment they arrived until the moment they left. Very professional and sweet young women. I would highly recommend Thai Cleaning and will have them continue cleaning our home every two weeks. I really wish that I had contacted them sooner. Now, I have my weekends free and can enjoy spending time with my family instead of spending 8 hours every Saturday cleaning.

I found them from Angie's List. My house didn't look any cleaner when they left. Their quality of their work is lacking something; maybe because of their products. I don't think they used the best product. They didn't left the work super clean. They were too expensive from what I got.

They were polite and professional. They were also trustworthy and pretty much on time. If they were going to be late they would call ahead and let me know. The work was good and we have a big house so I would check on them to make sure they understood my expectations. Everything was good.

They did a very good job, and I had them return to do more several weeks later...

Wonderful. They were friendly, and very professional. I would definitely use the again. I only needed them to do the kitchen and bathrooms(2). I would definitely use them againl

Thai Cleaning Service were fine. They didn't do anything wrong at all. They showed up on time, they were polite, thorough and they got the job done. They did what they said they would do.

They have arrived on time and cleaned everything to my specifications.

Professionally completed while I was away

The only criticism I have is that they don't inform me if there is a problem. For example, there was a sewage back-up in the basement but they didn't inform me. I only discovered it after they left. On another occasion they didn't tell me when a circuit breaker shut down. Again I discovered it later in the evening. Other than that flaw, they do an excellent job.

I didn't feel like I got all of the time I paid for because we chatted for a bit and I didn't realize that time was counting against the time they were scheduled to clean. They did a great job and I would use them again.

After I found out about the company on Angie's list, I went to their website and did the free estimate. They called me back a day or two later to ask me question about my house and then they estimated my 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms house to roughly be done within 3-4 hours. At first I was like wohh! that's gonna be a lot of money but they convinced me that their job are guarantee. If something wrong with the cleaning, I can just call them to have the team go fix the work right away. I think that would worth my money to know that I will be happy at the end of the service so I decided to book the date. I called about a week early before the day I wanted, they were very accommodating to my date and time. When the cleaning day was approaching, I got a call from day to confirm the date and time. I thought I was sweet of them to do so. Because I honestly almost forgot about that and then I knew for sure I was all set and on the schedule. On day of my cleaning, The two cleaners arrived within the time frame the office gave me originally. The girls were so nice and lovely. They brought all of the cleaning supplies with them too. I did not need to provide anything for them other than my special floor cleaning product for my tile flooring. I asked them to use my floor cleaning product and they were fine with it. I walked them through the house to show them where all the rooms were and told them some specific requests I had for them to follow. After that I left the to start the job on their own, I just went out to do some errands. When reaching 3 hours, I returned home. The team were finishing up mopping the floor. One thing I absolutely love about this company is that someone showed up at my house to check the work after team finished. She pointed out some small details that crew missed and fix them right away. I got to talked to girl who was checking the work and she handed a nice little folder contains information about my future cleaning prices and snapshot about the company. My overall experience with Thai Cleaning Service was wonderful. The job came out great!!! They are also very responsive and professional. I am so glad I chose this company they make my house feels nice and clean :)

Very good! This was the first time we used Thai Cleaning Service and we are very satisfied. We will continue using Thai Cleaning Service in the future.. great people!

Overall experience: PROS: - Company is very accomodating in regards to payment. - Cleaners do an adequate job cleaning bathrooms, which will be the rooms they start with first. CONS: - Company is disorganized; I had to give my information to them three times. - Company is not punctual; cannot rely on the cleaners to show up within a reasonable window of scheduled arrival time. - Estimate of 2-hrs for deep cleans is not accurate; I received this estimate for both the townhome and the single-family home whose square footage differed significantly. - Deep cleans are more like surface cleans; the nooks and crannies (like kitchen cabinets, shelves in the laundry room, window ledges) are overlooked while the larger areas that appear messy will get a wipedown. Window blinds will get some cleaning, but not a very good job. I will NOT use this company again in the future.

They did not do a good job for the initial cleaning, but Gary was very professional and apologetic. He sent someone to my home right away to re-clean my home. He demonstrated that my business was important to him by the price he provided and the extras he included for my next visit. As a result, I did not hesitate to schedule monthly services. I even referred two of my neighbors. The crew that I preferred to use no longer worked for the company, and I began to use another team. Only one person from this team is consistent ( Tiffany), because she cleans very well. She is often paired with someone who is new to the company or just lacks her experience. I watched Tiffany clean behind the other young ladies with whom she was paired on several occasions, but I was pleased with Tiffany's work. When I called in February 2012, Noi was very rude. She complained about the cleanliness of my home and informed me that the price was going to increase. She complained to me about the amount of time that it was taking the girls to clean my home. She was not courteous or professional in her communication. The previous crew that I used were able to complete the job within two hours, but they no longer work for the company. My house was repeatedly used as training for Tiffany to help others to clean, and I should pay for the extended time that this takes..... Really? The last time that Thai sent a cleaning crew, someone stole my makeup. I made the mistake of leaving newly purchased products in the Nordstrom's bag. It was only worth ~$50, and I actually might have overlooked it. When the owner, Noi, could be so rude to a customer of almost a year......who also sent two other regular customers to the company.... I knew that my business was not appreciated, and I stopped using them. I never discussed the stolen items with Noi. I was so disappointed with her inappropriate comments/ insults about my home. She demonstrated no professionalism during that conversation, and I was very disappointed that the owner would talk that way. Gary ( Noi's husband) would have handled the situation very differently. He was always very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. For the last five months, Noi handled the business communication. She leaves much to be desired in her communication with customers. The neighbors that I referred are also interested in a new maid service....

Excellent work. No problems. Work performed exactly as I wanted.

This is the 4th time Thai Cleaning has cleaned our house. We find that the price and professionalism is great. The cleaning people are always on time and are polite and committed to doing a good job. I rated quality as good because it varies from superior to good depending on who is cleaning. The first cleaners were good, but the second and third were superior. This last crew was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and we plan to continue to use them in the future.

The girls were friendly and cleaned what they cleaned well, but they did not follow the directions I gave them in writing re. what HAD to be done and what could be skipped. Thus, some of my restricted time was wasted, and I had to hire someone else to clean what was really important.

Liked them so much they have been cleaning the house every two weeks since.

They were on time and did a good job. The experience went well.
