During the ice storm, the other companies either didn't return any call or couldn't come out but ClearTree agreed to come over. They couldn't come out the first night but they came when they said they would. They looked at at the tree to figure out if it was an emergency. They then came back and got the job done.

I was appreciative of the Cleartree professionalism throughout the process, from the in-person estimate and advice to the tree cutting and clean up. I have already recommended the company to a co-worker who needs help with a recently damaged tree.

Mike came out to do an estimate for cutting back some trees on my property. His bid was double that of another provider so I did not use him. Furthermore, I did not like his attitude. I felt as if he was talking down to me right from the beginning. Plus it seemed he wanted to instill fear and negativity so I would get the work done. He told me a couple of times that their "costs may be somewhat higher" than most but they were very conscientious. He should work on his customer service skills to present a more warm and positive feeling.

They did a terrific job. I called them again to remove 4 trees. They were punctual and did a great job removing and cleaning up. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their service.

They arrived early which was great! Made sure all the vehicles were out of area so not to be damaged. Explained everything they were going to do, asked Cindy if she had any questions then proceeded to work. She could not believe how well the service was they said you would not know the trees were here which she said yeah ok but you can not even tell she had trees there. They cleaned up the area and the street plus alittle got on the neighbors yard they clean that up as well. Beautiful job! Professionals! Friendly! Job Well Done.

Clear Tree was also at our home last year and removed 2 very large trees from our front and back yard. One stump was grinded down and the other stump was left ( as we chose) about 4 feet tall. They had a large crew of men with a lot of equipment. Very Professional. A thank you letter from them is always received a few days once the job is completed. Great Company!! Rest Assured with them!

Based on the positive feedback I found in Angie's List for Clear Tree, I contracted this provider to remove two large pine trees near my house. Clear Tree first arrived to assess the situation and provide a quote. They explained how the work would be done and arranged a date and time to remove the trees. I received a confirmation call on the business day prior to the job. On the day of the job, the crew arrived promptly at 8 AM as they quoted and finished the job before noon. The crew laid a platform of plywood across my yard to prevent damage from equipment movement and proceeded to cut the branches from the trees, then section down the trunks. In my situation they were able to climb the trees and did not need to use a bucket truck. I did not require stump grinding, so the crew cut the stumps close to the ground. The cleanup was so complete and care taken not to damage the lawn was so good that the only evidence left behind are two fresh stumps. I'm happy with the service Clear Tree provided and would definitely use them again for tree service.

Very prompt response to contact regarding an estimate to trim a tree in the front yard. Very professional, and the work was performed soon after the proposal was accepted. Cleaned up all the trimmings and sawdust.

I called due to a tree which had fallen in my yard. Within two hours there was a crew and a project estimator on my property. The workers were fast, thorough and professional. There was a second tree on the property which I was considering having cut down at a later date. I was told that I could get a discounted price if I would let them do the work today (since they were already on site). it was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend ClearTree.

We needed to have some branches removed from 2 maple trees. Tom came out the same day we called and wrote us an estimate on the spot. I had him look at a leaning spruce and he recommended that it should also be removed, citing safety concerns. The estimate was fair and on par with other estimates we received. Cleartree was able to come out 2 days later to complete the work. Kenny and his crew arrived right on time and did great work. They worked quickly and thoroughly removed all debris. Everyone I dealt with at Cleartree was professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

A tree in our back yard split at a fork halfway up, leaving a weakened 60-70 tree. It was difficult to bring in a crane without dismantling the fence. The estimator gave the most complete written explanation of what needed to be done, and gave the lowest estiimate by about $300. The crew showed up that afternoon and had the tree down and cleaned up in a few hours.

This is a Real Tree Company,Mike and his team of experts showed up earlier then expected,I never seen guys worked so hard its like they Blitzed the Trees or something, They had all the right equipment,if you want to see real axe men call this company,Ive had prior tree company`s perform jobs for me and leave parts of the stumps there,but mikes team as a courtesy cleaned up behind the other guy along with completing the job earlier then expected,so Kudos for Mike Kasun of CLEARTREE

Tom Weigl came out right before Christmas and surveyed the area. Gave us an estimate with a 10% discount from angie's list. Called us a few days later with an exact date and time. Ken and his crew showed up earlier than expected and did an excellent job in a timely manner. He was very courteous and the clean up was flawless. They worked quickly and safely being careful not to damage anything. Would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

ClearTree provided us with an estimate and complete the work to trim 15+ cypress trees in our pool/backyard area. They provided 8-10 feet of clearance above the sidewalk area and removed all debris from the work area. They were upfront about how the job would look at completion and ensured that they set our expectations accurately. We are very pleased with the work completed. They even cleaned up old debris that had been in area not related to thier work. It was not an easy job - there is only a few feet of walking space around the pool on the side of the trees and there are electric wires over head. They completed the job in great time.

I hadn't had any tree work done in 20 years and I have a lot of elderly trees. A pretty large limb fell during a storm last summer and Cleartree was recommended by a family friend. I was out of town for the removal but when I returned the job was so well done and the clean up so extensive I called them back to review my entire yard. Mike provided an extremely detailed proposal so I could decide which tasks to do and keep to a reasonable budget. He brought his foreman out before creating the bid to look at a particularly problematic large tree. I wanted to ensure the smaller trees surrounding it would survive and we came up with a plan that worked. Couldn't be happier.

Three different tree companies were called after the storm. We were a little anxious since the oak tree that had partially uprooted would have fallen onto our house. With a second storm approaching, Clear Tree responded promptly with an estimate one day and cut down the large oak the very next day averting any problems from a second storm. The pine tree that went through our shed was cut up and removed. Since many others had similar problems, Clear Tree cleaned up and went on to take care of other emergent jobs. They were back within a week to complete the job by cutting the oak tree into firewood lengths, grinding the stumps, and then stacking neatly. By the way, one of the companies we called phoned us two weeks later to let us know someone would be out the next day for an estimate. They were informed they were a little late because the job had been completed.

Timely responsiveness and high quality company throughout the entire process. Knowledgeable company owner that offered choices on how to approach the tree removal, the associated pros/cons of each option, and cost implications of the different choices during the estimate process. Estimate was detailed exactly as discussed and work performed was true to the estimate. Job site was quite the operation for the actual removal of the large trees, but cleanup was very thorough and I could hardly tell they were there once completed. Would not hesitate to use again!

The owner of the company came to my home to give me an estimate. His presentation was excellent. He explained in detail what was involved in the removal and the hauling away of two gigantic trees in my yard. His attention to every detail was very impressive. It is no wonder his company has such a great reputation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to hire a true professional.
