ClearTree offers safe and efficient tree removal by an experienced and caring crew. Extraordinary care is taken for each and every customer. We are well versed with difficult and dangerous trees but also offer competitive service for small trees. We utilize our bucket truck and/or crane when required. In many cases our crew are required to climb the trees in order to bring down safely. ClearTree professionals understand how to take care of your trees when it comes to trimming and pruning. Not all tree companies are qualified nor do they understand the proper techniques required to promote the health and beauty of your trees. We take great pride in taking care of your trees. Our representatives will be happy to discuss proper trimming and pruning techniques with you. We also offer stump grinding in most situations if desired. We will consult with you regarding the options available when you meet with the ClearTree representative. 100% Customer satisfaction. Description of Work: I had two larger trees and one small tree removed as well as pruning low hanging branches on several other trees. They also removed the stumps from the trees that were removed. I've used Clear Tree before and was so pleased with them that I had no hesitation in calling them again for this job. Their work is excellent and the crew and Mike could not have been nicer. Everything was cleaned up leaving absolutely no mess. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

There is one email from you on July 3rd so if you had sent numerous emails there must be a bigger problem. I will respond to the email inquiry. Great.
Description of Work: They removed an 80+ foot white pine, a 65+ foot locust, a 50+ foot maple, cleaned up some downed trees from last fall's storms, and ground up all of the stumps. I can't imagine anybody doing the work any better. They didn't do any damage to our lawn and they cleaned everything up. When I got home from work, it was hard to tell anyone had been there. Bids on significant tree work always seem high, but given the fact that they had 11 guys at our house for an entire day plus all of the equipment, I think the price was more than fair. I don't want three guys with a chainsaw and a truck doing this kind of work. I want professionals and that's what these guys are. You're making a mistake if you don't call them.

It didn't!
Description of Work: Requested estimate to remove 150 ft pin oak from back yard. Estimate provided was double the amount of the other four estimates we received. We have heard that Cleartree does this consistently because they have high overhead costs. Would not recommend them because of this and have also heard from other homeowners in the area that their pricing in exorbitant compared to others.

I am very sorry that you were not happy with our estimate. We take a great deal of pride in our service and offer high value for our service. Not all companies offer the same level of service that we do and we will not compromise the level of our service in order to match a price. Also, we carry the proper insurance of which is not always common in our industry. My costs will be higher than other companies who do not carry the proper insurance.
