Easy to work with. Provided a wide selection of materials from which to choose and good information about the pros and cons of the various choices. Dane Garrett provided very detailed and professional service. He also worked well with our general contractor to fine tune the design and arrange for timely delivery of cabinetry and countertops.

They sent poor lumber,(broken and split) they were never available on weekends or holidays for problems or questions (There was always problems). The roofing trusses were all wrong and many where broken. We ordered custom oak stairs from 84 lumber, the day they were to be delivered we arranged for several friends to help us, we waited and waited, no stairs.When I called the store they hesitated and said the steps where broken by their staff. They never bothered to call us. they reordered the steps but they were wrong. The roof and the steps delayed our progress for 6 months. I could go on with other problems, we have never used 84 lumber since and don't recommend anyone else using them.

Michele the cabinet designer was great. All my questions were answer. The cabinets were suppose to delivered in the morning so the installer would start to remove the old and install the new cabinets. They cabinets did not get there until the afternoon. When I called 84 Lumber the guy I talked to was rude and did not apologized or care that I had the installer waiting for those cabinet. This was out of the designer control. The installer was understanding and came back the next day. Would definitely use the Cabinet designer again, but realize the delivery time is out of her control.

GREAT. THE SALESPEOPLE WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROVIDED HELP WITH THE AMOUNT OF MATERIAL THAT WAS NEEDED. DELIVERY OF MATERIAL WAS ON TIME WHICH HELPED THE PROJECT TO BE COMPLETED WHEN EXPECTED.
