Work was done in phases as house was being built. Builder controlled access and Vintage security fit to schedule. Robert , Wes and Sam were exceptional at each step. Still learning system must completely satisfied.

Techs were very professional and helpful. They updated an existing system and ran one coax cable. They company is easily reached on the phone and is able to change some things about the system over the phone. They had to come back to the house to make another change and there was no charge for this.

The Sales Manager Phillip Shields was very informative and able to answer all my questions thoroughly which left me very confident in changing ADT. I had ADT for over 20 years and it was a hassles to get them to do any changes or updates. Finally I had enough and called Vintage. They installed the system in less three hours and explained thoroughly how it works. I love that I can connect my security to my smartphone. Life is so much easier now. I would hire them in a heartbeat.

The sales person was friendly and punctual. He understood the product and the service with confidence. He answered all my questions regarding the product and service. He came equipped with the tools necessary to process the order and paperwork quickly. The technicians were punctual and knew their job well. They were reasonably professional. They installed the entire system without any issues and tested it completely. They followed all procedures in training, disclosure and operation of the system. They provided information on all services and accessories that go with the service. We would recommend this Company and Service to others.

Over 15 years with Brinks/ADT- (terrible service from BOTH AND HIGHER PRICED!!!) SWITCHED to VINTAGE~ transitions/easy/low cost and worth every penny. VINTAGE PROVIDES EXCELLENT customer service - NO 25 prompt phone call/ press this..press that. EASY to contact and easy to switch. Talk to real live nice people who answer and explain all....which is a HUGE difference from ADT. Better product and my grade for Vintage Security? A+

We got excellent service from Vintage. They were punctual, professional, and very accommodating. Our sales rep Bill was great. He delivered on every promise (our system was up and running within a few days of our first meeting) Bill had a very low key style. No sales pressure. I was impressed that he had previously worked as an installer so he really knew the business. Our installation crew chief was Steven. He had to navigate around our old system to get the new one in. He even spent an additional 4 hours out here on a different day setting up our cameras on line and showing us all the bells and whistles that the system has to offer, without I might add, confusing us! There is a lot to learn and Steven made it all very clear and easy to understand. It is rare that you see great communication skills in a technician. This young man really knew his stuff and knew how to explain it so that we could use the features that we paid for. I never felt rushed and was encouraged to ask questions and try working the system myself. We are very satisfied with our new security system and trust that Vintage will give us years of quality service.

Phil, the salesperson, gave an assessment of our security system and followed up with a quote. We purchased the recommended system and Vintage did an excellent job with the installation .

ADT has has steadily increased monitoring prices- poor service. We have vintage at church so asked for quote, 30% cheaper, updated system.

Installers were on time, polite, and courteous. They competently installed all components. This was a well done, full service installation. I wish it could have taken slightly less time. It did take 3 installers over 4 hours.

Stephen Grab is extremely personable, reliable, and trustworthy. He initially came to evaluate the existing system we had and discussed how we would upgrade and gave a complete estimate. We had a new security system installed including outdoor video camera. The customer care is excellent and they came in at a very competitive price for installation and monitoring. We were also allowed to use a coupon through Angie's list.

Very pleased. The system needed an adjustment after installation. They came same day and took care of it.

Chad, the technician, arrived within the specified window. He was courteous, meticulous and knowledgeable. Although the job took much longer than he anticipated, he communicated with me and was extremely helpful. My husband and I were doing some work of our own around the house, when our drill broke he graciously offered to lend us his. We have used Vintage Security on our previous home - our experiences with them have always been top-notch & extremely responsive.

We went back and forth with some issues with the system and so far they are trying to find the problem and they haven’t charged us anything. However when the alarm messes up after three times, the county cop says we have had two strikes already and if it messes up again, we would have to pay $50 or $60 that they charge when you keep having false alarms. But I think they are a good company. They are trying to find the problem but when you pay top money you don’t expect to have these problems that I am having. We are paying a whole lot of money. I am not too happy with them at the present but maybe they will finally fix the problem. The price was high. I am still having problems with their systems. They are very good with responsiveness; they are always available when you need them. They are very professional.

I found them through another system. We have a contract with them. We chose them because my builder used them. They are professional. They resolved problems quickly. I’ve had no issues with the alarm system or the company.

I read the reviews for Vintage Security, trusting their credibility; I called them to come give me an estimate. Joe Braun, senior security consultant, came and after he left I noticed my jewelry missing from my kitchen counter. Please do not let him in your house! I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

PHIL PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. ESTIMATE WAS CLOSE. INSTALLATION ON-TIME AND CLEAN. MONTHLY SERVICE FOR SERVICE IS A LITTLE HIGH.
