I spent $400 for the installation. They came out and did the installation. They came out on time and stuck to the estimate. They were courteous. I rarely knew that they had come out. I would use them again if required.

Stephen, the sales person, was great to work with. He worked around my schedule and was always on time (even showing up at 7AM at my request.) He helped me with all of my options and gave me a quote on each one. Installationwas a breeze. The technician had to improvise a few times but always checked with me first. He left minimal cosmetic impact in the house. At the end of installation, he helped make sure that I was comfortable with how to use the system, the online features, and the smart phone applications. I would definitely recommend Vintage over some of the bigger outfits. It's hard to believe they could compete with the customer service that I was given.

I got them through a referral and then I looked them up on Angie's List to see what reviews they got. I signed up for security system with them. They were prompt and arrived on time. The guy was really friendly. I feel that the alarm systems are a little smaller as it all computerized and it seems a little more personal. There is nothing negative to tell about them.

I conducted a competition among 3 small-medium sized locally based security companies. Vintage Security came as a recommended vendor from a friend. The Sales Representative from Vintage arrived on time for our meeting. He very patiently listened to our horrible experiences with ADT and their unresponsive support. The representative listened to our perceived security concerns, then toured our home. After which he sat down with us at the table and talked about the product he was representing, the GE Concord 4 Wireless System. He then drew up his proposal for our home. After receiving his proposal, I mentioned that there will be follow up emails with questions. Then after receiving bids from two other vendors I will select a winner. He answered my follow up email questions. One point I noted was that the sales representative did not bring an example of the proposed equipment, or not even a brochure. He said that "its all online at the website". Instead he brought his iPad, which he never even turned on. Probably because I had my printouts from his website. Another point, was that the sales representative was not as technically knowledgeable about his product; i.e. operating radio frequency, range, number of sensors, control panel call out delay (built-in and customized by each alarm company). However he did know all about pricing and quoting a proposal.

It went great, the consultant that was sent was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He gave us a great price on our services and we could not have felt better about how things went.

They came out and put in the system, I use Vonage VOIP and I can't use other alarm systems. Vintage has an alarm system that uses Cellular services which is actually cheaper than the phone monitoring from other guys. The other part I like is the cellular monitoring is instant. The second I set off the alarm I got an email. My old system would have to dial out, get a connection, then report the issue. That is a lot of time for a bad guy to smash the panel. John was my salesman and he did such an excellent job helping me find the system that was right for me. I referred him to my parents and they have ordered a system too.

Salesman arrived timely to give me bid. He was very informative and willing to listen to what I wanted. His bid was extremely reasonable. After I accepted the bid, the salesman went over the scope of the work with me and the installer. Everything was installed well with no damage or mess. The system has been in and operating for several months with no problems.

My experience with them was fine. We like them a lot. We feel protected with it. It's a simple and easy procedure to turn it on and off. I would recommend them.

It is very nice to know that everything is covered with this company. They gave us keypads to work with the system, and every door, every window, the smoke alarms, and the basement is now safe. I won t go back to any other company and loved the fact that they originally sent the manager out to my home to ensure the transfer went smoothly. I recommend them to anyone within the area.
