Amazing!!!!!!!!! A+++. So glad I found my forever electric company! Spoke with Greg and it was like speaking to an old friend. Made me feel very comfortable. Told me which electrician would be coming to install, amazing Debbie. Gave me an idea of how long it would take and the approximate price. Debbie showed up exactly at the agreed upon time. Came in accessed the job and went right to work. Was done in no time. Crazy fast. She patched the minor holes and covered the different boxes as necessary. Left the room cleaner than it was upon their arrival. Very professional office and team. Very trust worthy!!!! I will be using them again and again. And I will be recommending them to anyone in need.

They were knowledgeable and punctual. They did what they said they were going to do.

I am very grateful towards the receptionist that took our last minute call for help as well as Troy and Black who came about 2 hours later and took care of the installation. Everyone was great and I plan to always use this company as long as I live in the area.

Last week, the owner stopped by to survey the work and provided me an estimate. Debbie, the electrician, arrived early and called me to let me know she was available to begin early if I wanted. This worked out well. She was very friendly and professional and performed all of the work as planned. She asked if we needed anything else, when I mentioned the switches and she quickly took care of that. They also accepted my $20 off coupon from Angie's List to bring the total down to $345. Overall it was a great experience and we will use them again.

We called 1 week ago and made the appointment for a day we were home. Debbie came at the set time, and she worked diligently to complete all the jobs in 1h 30 min (they charge by the hour). She gave us also an estimate for a new job, as requested, but could not perform it that day (as it was not planned in her schedule). The work is nice and performed with care to details and to our home.

I called to set up an appointment, and they happened to have someone in the area, as well as a cancellation, so they sent someone right away. Troy was at my door in about 15 minutes. He was professional, and it turned out that the problem was a tripped breaker, and I had not figured it out myself because the breaker box was labeled incorrectly. Unfortunately, they still charged me full price.

The provider was excellent. They even showed my son, (who tried to fix it himself) what he did wrong. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very friendly.

I was very happy with my service from Tristar. They took the time to explain all of my options for adding electrical service so that I can put in an over-the-range microwave. They were on-time and finished quickly. I asked and the electrician gave me helpful advice about my electrical panel (we just moved into this house) so that I can plan for future electrical needs. This was a good service experience!

My family is extremely satisfied with their service. From the first phone call to the completion of the work the staff members showed extreme professionalism that was beyond our expectation. If anyone is looking for a company that has integrity then TriStar Electric is the one. Greg is very professional and went beyond to meet our needs. Our wall washer lights had a very narrow beam spread and Greg swap them out within days at no cost. No hidden fees. I don't really know how to describe Troy (the electrician): very honest, knowledgeable guy that is willing to take the time to explain the job. He does such a quality work with no mess left behind. I will try to minimize by saying he is the BEST. Our overall experience is Excellent. I will use them for any future electrical work.

TriStar accommodated our time schedule. We needed the work to occur at 7am. They agreed to have the electricians there at that time. The electricians were punctual, checked other outlets in the house and completed the work. I plan to use them again for some additional work needed.

We are very happy with generator. I would recommend to others and have recommend them as well.

This is my second time using TriStar Electrical and I'll use them again. They were prompt to provide a quote, arrived early and on-time, and went right to work. The entire job was finished quickly and they cleaned up everything before leaving.

The electrician and his assistant arrived right on the scheduled time. After showing them what needed to be done they first fixed the two plug receptacles that were not working and replaced a light switch plate assembly. They then took out the light fixture in my kitchen and replaced it with the new one I had purchased. They also checked the power box to make sure all the wires were tight and in working order. They were here a bit over an hour and worked quickly and professionally. They cleaned up any debris that was laying around and made sure the places they had been were clean.

The Tri Star electrician was on time. When he arrived he said that he had never installed a cooktop and counter ventilation system, but was willing to try. That made me a bit nervous, but we worked together and the result was excellent.

Despite the small job, I was treated like an important customer. I was able to schedule a mutually convenient date and time during my first phone call. I got a call to confirm, and then a call prior to the appointment that they were en route. Finally, they called to make sure I was satisfied after the work was complete. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and the electricians were courteous and knowledgeable. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again if I needed electrical work.

They came as stated. They were very friendly and professional, they answered all my questions and installed in a no time the outlet that needed to be replaced. I provided the outlet. I will certainly use them again.

I had a kitchen light fixture explode on me along with a switch to the garbage disposal that stopped working. I wasn't sure if I had a larger electrical problem or not. They arrived a few minutes late but were incredibly nice and helpful and when I told them I was in a time crunch (a dr appt for a sick kid) they assured me that I did not need to change my schedule, they could assess and do the work quickly and they did. Everything went well from start to finish. From the phone call to completion of the work it all went very smoothly.

The experience was excellent. Greg was very helpful on the phone when I called to request service. They were able to come out within a couple days of my calling, and Troy and his colleague were very professional, efficient, and friendly during the visit. Troy answered all my questions and explained to me what the issue was and what he was doing. They competently took care of what was needed and cleaned up everything thoroughly when they were done. I would definitely use them again.

I received several proposals from firms on Angie's List. TriStar's proposal was very competively priced. In addition, they were the only firm that assured me that, they would coordinate the completion of their work with the County electrical inspection unit and BGE so that my electricity would be restored in before the Thanks Giving holiday. All the other firms said, that if they performed the work, most likely I would not have the electricity restored in my home by BGE until the Monday or more likely the Tuesday after Thanks Giving. One firm sent me their proposal on the day TriStar had compled their work and BGE restored my electricity. TriStar commited to work with me and stay on the job until my electricity was restored. They worked over 12 hrs straight and fulfilled their comitment for the price quoted in their proposal. Their electrican and helper displayed great attitudes. In addition, they performed their work in a professional manner, took minimal breaks, and were very respectful of my property. TriStar clearly demonstrated that they understood the main objective of my project was not for them to just to install a new panel box but for them to do everthing that needed to be done so BGE restored the electricity to my home before the Thanks Giving holiday. Communication with TriStar was great throughout the project. They always responded promply and completely to my phone calls and email inquiries. I am happy to say that TriStar exceeded my expectations.

This was truly a very good experience and I am very pleased with Tri-Star's quality and friendliness. They understood that having a working water heater was important to me, and they performed as though it was important to them as well. I am very, very pleased.

I had a transformer that needed to be replaced. Tristar corresponded with me many times before the appointment and ordered the replacement parts they needed to get the job done. Once they arrived they were in and out in 30 minutes. They were prompt, courteous and professional. i will definitely use them again for nay electrical needs that arise.
