+ -1 moreQSP promised that they would respond to the emergency call and gave me a time that day. After waiting for them to arrive, I called them at a half hour after the designated time and left a message, and still continued to wait. This continued for a couple more calls until two hours after the designated time I called and let them know that I was assuming they were not coming, but to please call me to confirm and to possibly re-schedule for the next day. I never received any call back. This was the most unprofessional contact I have ever had with a service company.
Description of Work: I called QSP to respond to an emergency leak in my plumbing that was coming through a ceiling.
