Our problem was the burner would come on and rapidly turn off. The problem was intermittent - sometimes it worked fine and then other times we had the problem. Needless to say, unpredictable hot water is really a pain, especially in the winter. We called the manufacturer and they suggested JPG. JPG came the next day, immediately diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix (basically the burner sensor was severely deteriorated, as will happen, and they cleaned it to make it work for what they guessed would be a couple months). They then ordered the replacement part and put it in on a second visit. Have not had a problem since. Other than not loving having to pay for two visits, experience was first rate all around.

JGP PLUMBING arrived on site as promised on time very professional .They found the problem right away and fixed it.Other Plumbers gave me excuses and attitude about fixing the problem.I will definitely use their services again.

The guy from JPG came out on an emergency visit, arriving around 9:30 PM. This was less than an hour from when my building's manager called them. A good start! He diagnosed the cause of the sink overflow/flooding in our apartment and snaked the shared line to clear it and prevent future issues for my apartment and those above me. He was both professional and friendly. I would work with them again.

They were quick and very personable. The also performed quality work at a fair price.
