Our office needed a replacement water heater installed. Heil was very responsive to my multiple emails and calls. We did have to pay an additional fee of $250 to expedite the replacement due to the water heater not being currently available in their personal inventory. So far, we are pleased with the replacement. The price paid was almost a third of what other companies estimated.

EXCELLENCE! The team was amazing. We had a leak in the front yard and it took 'a minute' for the county to find our shut-off valve to determine it was our pipe. Gary from Heil came out on time to give an estimate and they were able to get Miss Utility out and do the work the same day, all in about 3 hours! They only had to dig one hole near the shut-off to replace the whole line. They also filled the hole back in AND SEEDED and put hay on top, and at my request wrapped caution tape around the area (so the area can dry out). The hole they had to drill in the wall in the basement was patched and their "Pullzit” method worked beautifully (I actually video taped it, it was awesome to see). Oh and they either took off their shoes or put on their own shoe covers when they came in the house (didn't have to ask). Thank you Gary, Ronnie, Shaun, Tatiana and everyone involved for resolving this so quickly and efficiently. We HIGHLY recommend Heil Plumbing!!

Keith was very thorough in explaining and correcting the problem. And provided an estimate for future work.

I called and left a message on Sunday about needing someone Monday. They called me back Mon morning and came in the afternoon quoting a visit price of $60 and would quote further work after examination. The plumber came at the beginning of the estimated time period and gave us a quote to install the faucet we had bought and replace both valves (one of which had stopped working) of $350 total. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally.

Had to pay an arm and a leg for weekend night service but had no other choice. Plumber on call was cheerful and friendly, explained the problem and solution, and efficiently took care of the it at 1 AM on a Saturday night. Had to ask a couple of times, but they eventually accepted our Angie's List coupon.

Heil's technician (Robert) was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and provided suggestions on how to prevent the issue in the future. Would definitely hire them again.

This is the first time we used Heil Plumbing and were very satisfied. Keith was our technician and he was extremely professional and courteous. Our new kitchen faucet was installed quickly and functions well. The price we paid was very competitive for the terrific service we received.

Keith was amazing. Once the initial supply line was moved and the disposal was fitted, the return line was too close to the disposal.. Keith again worked his magic and made the whole thing work. The interesting part was that he found that our plumbing was not to code before he started and he explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He definitely deserves an A+ when it comes to explaining the process to the home owner and for his creativity and determination to make the job work.

The people were great to deal with and were very professional. They had great communication and responded very quickly to a question. We received multiple quotes and their prices were a lot lower than some others in the area. I would highly recommend them.

job done quickly, cleaned up nicely. Received the two estimates (replace kitchen sink faucet and bathroom vanity top). Thought replacing the vanity top was high but will have them back to replace the kitchen sink faucet.

He was on time, polite, and did the job quickly. Toilet was properly shimmed and re-set, so now my floor is dry. Cost exactly what I was quoted.

The work was all performed very quickly and months later we have not experienced any related problems.

Well. Machinery used did not disrupt landscaping.

We had a leak and they fixed it. They had to fix the pipe and it actually was in the stud. It was leaking down into our kitchen. They fixed it and everything has been fine. The repair person suggested to my husband that he might want to do some of the pre work to save on the cost. My husband did some of the pre work, he opened up the ceiling and behind the sink to save on labor and it was easier for the plumber to get to what he needed. Yes, I would use this provider again.

I recommend using Heil Plumbing. The plumber, Dave L., arrived promptly, he was professional, and responsive to all my questions. He quickly identified the problem-the toilet needs to be reseated. Unfortunately for me, Dave was unable to complete this project due to circumstances beyond his control. He removed toilet and then removed a rubber spacer that was there off and found a plastic spacer flange that wasn't fastened down and another rubber gasket. He also discovered there are three layers of tile flooring and the flange is way to low. As a result, he could not complete the job. Dave recommended that I replace flooring or have a carpenter raise wood from underneath so the toilet would have support on a new flange. He further recommended replacing shutoff valve that doesn't work for the toilet. Dave spent one hour in my home at most. The investigation and labor without fixing problem cost me $195. Fortunately, I had a vendor coupon from Angie's List which took off $15. So I ultimately paid $180. I'm not sure if that price is reasonable for the area and what actually happened during the visit since the problem didn't get fixed. I'll likely shop this job around to a few more plumbers, but I will probably go with Heil Plumbing again if I can get some credit on the price for the repair based on the investigation and labor that was performed.

The next day I found the leak. Because the leak is occurring from the dishwasher (not the line), we were told to call an appliance repair group. If the plumber identified the problem, I wouldn't have had to do so.

Justin showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He inspired confidence in his ability to do the job. He carried out the work of replacing our outside hose bib (which involved cutting through some sheetrock) quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Then he took the time to answer questions, giving us useful insights into why the old hose bib (and also its repair by another company) probably failed (due to our failure to properly winterize the hose bib). We were completely satisfied by his professionalism and the work he did.

David L. was our service tech. He was polite, efficient, and very capable. David replaced the sink pop-up neatly and quickly. Dispatch communicated on Monday that our tech would arrive at 10 am on Wednesday, but he came considerably early at 8:15 am. I was a bit surprised when the doorbell rang without a phone call first, especially given the change in arrival time, but was happy to receive our service earlier in the day. I was disappointed that I couldn't use my Christmas "$40 off" coupon because our bill was under $195. David asked if I wanted to replace the faucet at this time, but I declined.

Plumber arrived on time and performed the service at reasonable cost. Heil does a great job.

Very well. Work was done professionally and work site cleaned up. Staff efficient, friendly and polite.
