They did a wonderful job diagnosing the issue and had an air conditioning man come that evening. The problem was fixed, the house is cool, and the basement is dry. We were happy. The plumber was professional and polite. The fee by the air conditioning man, I think, was reasonable. (I don't know what anyone else would have charged) The charge was $200. Judge for yourself. He cleaned out the pipes/ducts in the basement, which were leaking and replaced pieces.

The service I received from Joseph Heil Company was nothing short of SUPERIOR. The company came highly recommended by the Inspector for Howard County, as well as their plumbing competitors. After receiving 6+ estimates from local plumbers I selected JHCI to complete the job based on their reputation and professionalism. The employees were courteous, knowledgeable and respected my home. Their ultimate goal was to complete the job with no disruption to my home. ''Mission Accomplished'' there was no damage to either the internal flooring or external lawn. JHCI repaired the cement floor and laid seeding for the lawn. JHCI services were in such high demand I was willing to wait over a week to have them restore my water service. Ed Heil recognized the urgency and turn it around in 48hours. JHCI has definitely become my plumbing service provider.

I loved this company. The people were pretty prompt (They give you an appt rather than a window so technically they were 15 minutes late, but I considered that negligible.) They were friendly, professional and quick.

Plumbers came on time. Worked efficiently, and were very proficient. I believe the price paid was within a reasonable price range.

I was able to get an appointment within hours of calling. There were two gentlemen who came out. They were on-time and very polite. They answered all my questions and completed all the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again.

THIS WAS A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THEY CAME RECOMMENDED BY A NEIGHBOR. THEY PERFORMED THE JOB QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES; INCLUDING RE PLANTING MY GRASS!

I CHOSE HEIL PLUMBING BECAUSE I SAW THEIR WORK ON A NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY AND WAS IMPRESSED. THEY REPLACED OUR OUTSIDE WATER SERVICE LINE BY DIGGING TWO SMALL TRENCHES (APPROXIMATELY 2 FT X 3 FT) AND PULLING THE NEW COPPER WATER PIPE INTO PLACE USING THE OLD WATER PIPE. THIS TECHNIQUE CAUSED MINIMAL DAMAGE TO MY ASPHALT DRIVEWAY AND LAWN. SOME OF MY NEIGHBORS HAD THEIR PIPES REPLACED BY OTHER PLUMBERS, AND THEIR LAWNS AND GARDENS SUFFERED A GREAT DEAL OF DAMAGE. BEFORE PERFORMING THE INSIDE PLUMBING MODIFICATIONS, THEY PUT DOWN TARPS TO PROTECT MY HARDWOOD FLOORS AND CARPETING FROM DIRTY SHOES ON THEIR TRIPS TO AND FROM THE BASEMENT. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS OUTSTANDING, AND THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. ADDITIONALLY, EVERYONE WHO I DEALT WITH WAS COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, AND POLITE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE OWNER CAME OUT, SURVEYED THE JOB THEN CAME BACK WITH A SERVICEMAN AND FINISHED THE JOB QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVELY. THE JOB PRESENTED SOME DIFFICULTY BECAUSE OF THE HOME LAYOUT. THEY OVERCAME THIS WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. WE WERE VERY PLEASED!
