Eusebio and his crew were fantastic to work with. From the time the stone was delivered to full installation only took 4 days of work to completely finish the job. We were so impressed with every part of the process. They offer the highest quality work and at a speedy pace. We were nervous the project could take all spring and we would miss the opportunity to host a birthday party. Instead, we were delightfully surprised to get a quality patio in record time at one of the lowest prices available. Other companies quoted us a cost of 50% more and told us to expect a three-week build once they would start in another ten days. Eusebio and his crew worked hard over long hours to get the job done. Since they work so quickly and do the job right the first time, they have been able to keep their business moving with happy customers. E&F Masonry were outstanding. They removed and cleaned the existing stone. Built foundations and created a 3 level terrace. The result was outstanding. The individuals working on the project were very professional. Eusebio personally led the team. They completed a very difficult project in a reasonable timeframe at a reasonable cost. We plan on having them redo all of our stone stairs.

Mr. Perez was very quick to respond and he came over to inspect what needed to be done first. Then his crew came over the next day and they explained what they were going to do to make sure their fix would be solid. I'm so happy with result! Really glad I did not attempt DIY, it was worth the extra cost to ensure a solid foundation and dramatically improves the curb appeal within the day. Highly recommend!

From the beginning Eusebio was responsive and prompt. I appreciated how well he communicated during the process to make sure the stone selection was exactly what I wanted. He was helpful in explaining the different options (and pros/cons of each) for the project. He and his crew worked quickly yet conscientiously. Even though he works fast, his communication made everything go smoothly. They cleaned up the area very well when finished with the work.

Mr. Perez was amazing! We called him on his cell, and he came same day to give us an estimate and pick up a deposit. The next day he called to say had finished up another project early and could his crew come in late afternoon and get started. If memory serves me correctly they came and actually finished the entire large project that night, after dark!!! Mr. Perez always answers his cell phone when you call. No office intermediaries. Very refreshing, This was customer service of the very highest quality. A+++

I was very pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and quality of the vendor. When questions arose during the work there was clear communications of the issue and a professional result was produced. I was also impressed of the pride expressed by his work crew.

First day the work involved re-pointing and it was done done rather quick , after drying the new mortar we hope the the leaking the interior of the house would be stopped. Second say it was adding the waterproof seal on a top.

I needed to get brick on the side of my home repointed because water was getting in the house during heavy rains. E&F Masonry was great! Eusebio responded almost immediately to my request on Angie's List for an estimate and was able to get out to my home two days later. He sent me photos of the problem areas with the specific sections circled on the photos and did not try to upsell me on repointing the entire side of the house (a $10,000 job according to other companies that gave me estimates). His crew was there the next week to complete the work and did so without disruption to my tenants and without leaving debris behind. I would definitely hire E&F Masonry again.

Great the men were very professional and I’m more than pleased with results. I would recommend them and I did. My son I referred him he also needs work done on his Chimmey. Again I love results.

Project was scheduled in a very timely manner and everything went well.

I had major deterioration of chimney from ground to roof (about 30 feet). Chimney was crumbling allowing water to damage ceilings and walls from second floor to basement. They ground, repointed, recapped, and repaired the chimney from top to bottom, along with other areas. They were quick, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional. No more leaks.

Everything went incredibly well from the communication, estimating, scheduling, and actual work performed. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Job site was left better than when they arrived. I am extremely pleased with the work and will be contacting them again when I need additional services and would not hesitate recommending them to friends/family.

Project went extremely well (fortunately, the weather cooperated) and the crew was professional and thorough in every respect. Walkway looks fantastic; like new. Absolutely , incredible job. I couldn't ask for more !!

Very pleased; they did a great job and exactly as I wanted it. Eusebio was very responsive and flexible, giving options to help keep the price within my range. The work was done in 3 consecutive days, and they cleaned up really well when they finished. They also took care of a small side job without any problem.

Dispite all the rain we've been having, E & F Masonary worked through it all, and completed to project. They quickly answered any of the questions that I had, and offered good advice both before and after the new paver walkway was completed. I would recommend them to anyone interested in having a new paver walkway added to their landscape.

I am completely impressed! I called for an estimate on Thursday and they were able to complete the job the very next morning. The price was extremely fair compared to other estimates I had received. It was a relief not feeling as though I was getting ripped off. The owner kept in touch via phone and text and was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I don’t mind paying for great service and E&F Masonry has a lifetime customer in me. I highly recommend them.

Quick response to my call and provided estimate based on photo that was competitive with another quote. Initial plan was to repair my existing steps but they were shot. I received a text while at work with the photo of the situation and approved new steps. At this point I was very concerned that I would be left with no front steps for a week because the initial job was one day and the new steps would span a three day period. E and F came through as promised and on the third day my beautiful new steps were in place.

Very pleased with the time frame in which they were able to start and complete my project. The work is great and the price seemed fair. Would recommend and hire again.
