The mortar in our flagstone walkway was deteriorated and many stones were loose. E & F Masonry cleaned then reset many loose stones and ground out all the mortar joints. They refilled the mortar and sealed after. The walkway looks great!

Let me start by saying we had an absolutely first rate experience with E&F Masonry and recommend them without reservation. Excellent pricing, work done quickly and on time, excellent workmanship and complete clean up when they were done. It was like they were never here except for the repairs they made. The backstory is that our house façade and our very tall chimney had “cultured” (concrete simulated) stone attached when we built the house 22 years ago. The masons however didn’t put mortar between the stones and we fought with the builder for years to have it rectified but we lost. The stones started to fall off five years ago (one hit me on the head when I closed the front door, 8 stiches required). So, we decided before we retired to have the mortar installed as it should have been originally. E&F did an outstanding job and their pricing was better than others we spoke too. However, we primarily chose them due to their high ratings from other customers. They also redid our flagstone front stoop which is now beautiful. It was a laborious process requiring extensive scaffolding and working in cold winds and damp weather. They also discovered the chimney mortar cap wasn’t done correctly and completely fixed that for no extra charge. The foreman I worked was excellent and explained what was going on. We are very, very happy with the work done. It is nice to have quality work done by professionals who care.

The request for an estimate was responded to within 24 hours which was excellent. Efforts to get estimates from other companies were either ignored or they were no shows. The day of the scheduled work the crew showed up 10 mins early, excellent, and they were following Covid social distancing rules as well as wearing masks. The guys were very professional and respectful. The quality of work was perfect. I’d hire again in a heartbeat.

The company did a WONDERFUL job! The yard, wall, steps and fence looks AWESOME! The team was neat and did the job in less than a week. The yard looks great! The price was reasonable and his estimate was quick and there was no hidden increases. I would this recommend without any hesitation.

Mr. Perez did a FANTASTIC job!!! The original concrete wall was leaning toward my neighbors property and had to be replaced. Mr. Perez gave me numerous replacement options and I went with the wood. There was a LOT of concrete he removed and when he was finished my neighbors wall area and my adjoining garden looked picture perfect with a Fantastic looking retaining wall!! GREAT job Mr. Perez!!!

E & F was very responsive and did the work within the week of contact. The crew was very professional and stayed into the evening to make sure it was finished properly. The sidewalk looks fantastic. Many of my neighbors have complimented the work.

EandF Masonry responded immediately to my request for a quote. Once I gave them the okay, they contacted me to ask if I needed to be home or not and since it was outside and a rather straight forward repair, I did not. They were there and finished within a couple of hours!! I couldn’t be happier!!

Eusebio was quick to respond to my inquiry. After he examined the porch, he pointed out that it was a bigger job than simple repointing in that the steps were not stable and needed to be taken apart and rebuilt. He also pointed out that they were not properly built to allow water run off in the first place. They did a fabulous job and were very meticulous.

It did not go. We had an appointment scheduled for 10 a.m. Oct. 9, 2019. E&F was a no show and only provided a reason for not keeping the appointment after I sent a text to inquire. Prior to my contact, E&F did not call, did not text, did not show. absolutely no respect for a customer’s time. F is the rating.

E&F Masonry has done a fantastic job with our porches. The workmanship was top notch, even artistic. I am so pleased. This was a big job, it involved demolition of a brick porch in the front and brick stairs in the back of the house. These were both replaced with much larger brick porches and included a bluestone landing on the front porch. Our front porch and back stoop were crumbling and the bricks were separating from the structure. Eusebio Perez of E&F Masonry showed up promptly to evaluate the work needed and submitted a detailed quote. The estimate we received from E&F Masonry very much in line with the others we received. We decided to use E&F due to the reviews found on Angie’s List, Eusebio’s willingness to discuss the work needed and detailed quote. The work started when scheduled and Eusebio showed up regularly throughout the project to check the workmanship, and to ensure that I was satisfied with the progress. I have to say that the crew was a seriously hard working bunch of guys. They started early, worked late and other than a lunch break the guys were hard at it. I had neighbors stopping by to tell me the same. The quality of the work is fantastic. The workmanship and attention to detail really was pleasing to see. I had expressed concern about matching the used brick and mortar on the main house. They were able to use much of the original brick, and located additional used brick for the job. As for the mortar Eusebio mix multiple samples until he had an exact match. Again I’ve had neighbors stop by to tell me that the new porch looked like it was built as part of the original house.

Mr. Perez was very responsive and came right out the next morning after contacting him to check out the work to be done and gave us an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and the work began after working around the weather and finished the job in one day. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and Saul was very friendly and did a great job, to include the cleanup. We now understand that E&F does much more than just masonry and we will definately be calling them again for future projects. Don't hesitate to call them!

They had to be flexible because of the weather and were easy to deal with. The work was amazing. You can barely tell it’s even a repair. The mortar matches perfectly.

We recently had E&F Masonry do some brick repairs on the exterior of our home. This included chimney, front facade and perimeter of front porch. Because old antique brick needed to be matched, I am sure this was not an easy job. However, the cost for the project was reasonable. The repair took only one day and looks beautiful. The three gentlemen who did the work also did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Mr. Perez, the owner of E&F, responded quickly to my inquiry. The masons arrived promptly on the day of the repairs and were very professional - would definitely hire again.

The company did an excellent job repairing the stucco/cement on exterior wall. The employees were very professional. The quality of the work is excellent. The boss kept me well informed through out the process.

E&F Masonry is owned and operated by Mr. Eusebio Perez. We had a retaining wall fall apart years ago. Water and mud started rolling off the hill and into the garage. Mr. Perez responded quickly. He recommended replacing the wall and installing a channel drain for the garage. Mr. Perez took care of plans and met with county inspectors. The crew cleaned up as they worked and did not cause much disruption. The wall and drain came out beautiful and I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you Mr. Perez and your crew. Job well done.
