They did an outstanding job repairing my foundation block wall, it looks better then new. They were able to schedule my work in pretty quick and did the repair in a timely manner. The workers were very professional and left the worksite cleaner then it was at the beginning. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs block work.

It went great! I still can't believe it. The pathway is beautiful. The owner has wonderful ideas and suggestions and I am so happy I went with this company. He was right that I needed 4 steps due to the slope. Other contractors told me fewer, but this would have been a mistake I am glad I didn't make. It was amazing to watch how they fit, cut, and positioned the stone. Responsiveness, punctuality, and performance outstanding. The men worked very hard, and were very pleasant. This was a top quality job. I know I will enjoy this beautiful addition to my home for many years. My advice to everyone considering a project like this is- Do your homework before you before you hire another company. Thank you E&F Masonry!

Contractor gave a very thoughtful and thorough explanation of the work needed. Workers made steady progress over the course of two days, and they worked steadily until the job was done. They left the work area neat, and cleaned everything up. Replaced walkway looks great! Beautiful job! I'm very happy with the work that was done!

Very impressed. The team was faced with a 55' high rebuild of chimney partly damaged from lightning strike. They completed the work in one day and did a great job. This was for a church owned property I manage. Now I want them to work on chimneys at our own home. I'd recommend this team to anyone.

We initially hired E&F to repair a hole in the chimney in the attic, and point and paint our 211 year old house. We were pleasantly surprised by their reasonable estimate and quick turnaround time. They appeared the following week and did an excellent, neat masonry job, repaired holes in the soffit and began scraping and pointing the house to prepare for exterior paint. We asked that they roll the paint instead of spraying (which would have been easier and quicker) and they accommodated our wishes and rolled and hand brushed the entire 3 stories in one week including removing and reinstalling 22 sets of shutters. They did a beautiful job and we couldn’t believe how fast! We had obtained estimates from 2 other contractors and would have had to wait months for one of them, and had already waited a year for the other. Mr. Perez is an energetic, Intelligent and enterprising man. We were impressed by his courtesy and willingness to please us. His crew is friendly, careful and skilled and worked long hours to get the job done. We also hired them to restore a brick smokehouse on the property. They pointed, repaired abd painted the exterior and parged the interior walls and ceiling and did a great job! We are also hiring them to build a stone wall, landscape around our pool, and install walks around the house. We are so glad we found them. They will make your dreams come true. I think they can do anything, and I can not recommend them more highly!

Eusebio was responsive with estimate, fair with price, and crew worked hard doing good quality job. Would definitely recommend, will call again for future work.

I don't think I've received such terrible service. I called and, at their direction, sent them an email w all the information they requested ab the job, including pictures. I never heard back. I called back a week later and they promised to come out that week and give me an estimate. I never heard from them and called back again the next week. I was told someone would come by on a Tuesday. After 5:00 on Tuesday, I received a text stating, "Sorry I can't help you at this moment so busy. E&F Masonry" Keep in mind that I was nothing but nice and courteous the entire time.

E & F Masonry did an excellent job and we are really happy with the paver patio. They had a professional team that coordinated the effort really well with the yard preparation, leveling etc., and final laying of the pavers and then finishing touches around the edge. Highly recommended.

E&F Masonry did a great job. They gave me the best price out of the three estimates I received. They also were available when I needed them to do the work before getting my roof done. I would use them again.

Mr. Perez and his team were absolutely fantastic. He was extremely patient with us during the estimate phase and came back to our home multiple times to ensure we got the best estimate for our ever changing plans. Once the work started, he delivered on time with amazing work. His service was amazing and can see why he was highly rated. He kept communicating with us throughout the process to ensure we were always happy. He was the perfect contractor for us. Definitely would hire again!

When I walk up on One of the contractors. Eusebio Perez I observe the type of work was being done. So I begin to ask questions.I then ask Perez The boss can I show him what needed to be done he replied yes this is what hes there for. The out come was marvelous.From. July 14 2020 thru July 17 2020 the work was completed. Yes More work needs to be done and I will rehired those contractors from E&F Masonry

Highly recommend! Fair pricing. Mr. Perez provided prices for replacing vs repairing my concrete steps. He answered all of my questions and discussed the pros and cons for each option. He was able to get me on his schedule quickly, his crew was on time and very professional and friendly. The estimate was for a 2 day job, but they completed it in one day. They cleaned and swept their work area after and even used a leaf blower to blow dust off of my neighbors cars that were parked nearby. Very thoughtful gesture and great attention to detail.

We were extremely pleased with the quality repairs done to our deteriorating retaining wall. The job was done as promised, on time, and at a reasonable cost. Company foreman and his assistant were a pleasure to work with, and very efficient. We highly recommend them and would definitely call upon them again when needed.

I did not have any experience with Mr. Perez of E&F Masonry so I did not know what to expect. His prices were reasonable so I decided to give it a try. It was a pleasant surprise. He was professional, knows his trade and responsible. He did a top drawer class A concrete job for me. He was timely and executed what he promises verbally. A very trust worthy contractor. He did not take any short cut and every thing was done a top notch concrete contractor expected to do. During the job, he made suggestion on changes that was sound and made the final project much better. It amazes me that he even guaranteed his work against potential failures like shifting or sinking. All things considered, I would have given him six stars if available. I am glad I decided to try his service. My wife loves the new steps and retaining wall!

E&F was quick in response time, fair in price, and scheduling was even quicker. The work was well done and the worker was respectful and courteous. We will definitely use E&F for any further masonry needs.

Eusebio Perez quoted the job to me and advised when he could start. The work crew showed up promptly on the 1st workday and demolished the existing concrete structure. The next day the ground area was reinforced/compacted, and new concrete was poured. The next workday, the new flagstone surface was installed followed a few days later (rain interruption) by the installation of the brick surround. Everything went smoothly and I was consulted whenever there was a question on the expected outcome. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.....the crew constantly measured/remeasured, checking the level each time a piece was placed. The final product is properly squared-off and there are no variances in how the pieces were cemented to the concrete. The entry to my house is now very attractive and should last for many years. I am very happy with the work and would recommend E&F Masonry to anyone in need of masonry work.

They did everything in a timely manner, performed the job neatly and according to my requirements, arranged for a permit inspection, and cleaned up thoroughly. The price was rather high, but given that a crew of four, mostly, was on the job for most of six days, it was fair. The owner of the company was on site a good part of the time, and explained things thoroughly, listening to my concerns. Getting the permit and passing inspection on this job has been a very long nightmare, and they helped put my mind at ease.

It went very well all my suggestions were taken and the project is done and great.
