I contacted Mr.Perez through Angie's List and we scheduled a time for the estimate. I found him to be very friendly and professional as he walked me through his assessment of the job. I had initially thought we needed all new bricks but Mr. Perez was able to determine that all we really needed was some repointing. This was a huge money saver! My wallet and I definitely appreciate his honesty. Mr. Perez and his associate completed the job in two days just as he had promised in his estimate. They were very efficient and cleaned up the work area well when the job was completed. I highly recommend Perez Masonry and I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

Perez came in well under previous estimates I had. He completed a job in approximately 4 hours when other companies said it would be a full day to 3 day job and he worked alone! He worked quickly and cleaned up his work. He came quickly when I called initially to set up an estimate and he contacted me the same day to provide me with the estimate details. I was able to set up a scheduled service date quickly. I would highly recommend him!

Perez responded to my call same day, and provided estimate. Work began the very next day. My steps had been needing replacement for many years, and this winter damaged them very badly. Perez worked around the tricky spring weather, and produced beautiful, solid concrete steps that will probably last 1,000 years. An excellent guy to work with, and really knows what he's doing. Highly recommend.

I contracted E&F Masonry, LLC (Eusebio Perez, owner), also known as Perez Construction, in early November to build a brick planter. The planter is four feet wide and nineteen feet long. It is located outside the steps going up to the front door of our house. The door is the entry to the second floor of the house. The brick planter is stepped up from the driveway; the top level is six feet above the driveway. On a scale of 1-10 my best guess, as a retired engineer, is that it is about an 8 for construction difficulty. I had two bids for the work. Perez’s bid was 17% lower than the other bid. Overall, Perez did a very good job. He and his crew have the skills and experience to do excellent masonry work. The project was beset with weather problems since temperatures in November and December have been unusually cold, often well below what is allowable for masonry work. This resulted in some scheduling issues where, due to Perez’s other contracts, he was not always able to take advantage of warmer days for my project. So the project took longer to complete than it might otherwise have taken with better project management. However, the bottom line is that the project was completed on December 21, and I am very satisfied with the final product. I intend to have Perez do additional work at my house.

Had a Monday start date. He came on Tuesday and did the chimney caps. Came back the following Monday and did the remaining work. When done left the back hose stretched across the back yard, not completely turned off. Left front hose not completely coiled. Stairs and landing had a remaining cement film coating. He did not return to clean it off. Further, same cement film left on black wrought iron hand rails and railing. Quality of work looks good. I would have been more pleased with his work had he better informed me of his schedule, he no doubt was working another job, and had he finished up with the area cleaner with everything put away.

Mr. Perez came out within 24 hours to give me an estimate. He quoted me an amount on the spot. I also spoke with another contractor that quoted 4 times as much. After speaking with my husband we thought we would get another estimate. I then hanged my mind i told my husband I liked Mr. Perez and would talk to him and make sure we didn't have a misunderstanding. After speaking with him we decided to have him do the job. We even added a few things on. Mr perez called to schedule an showed up on time and with the materials. He completed the job in two days and even painted and put our railing back. ( the other contractor said they wouldn't do that we would have to hire someone else for that). Mr. Perez was very professional and a nice person you won't worry about having him working around your family. Which can be a concern for a mom with small children around. Would definetly recomend him to others as well as use him again if we ever need a mason.

Made initial call and Mr Perez responded very quickly. Made appointment to have estimate. Mr Perez completed estimate and contacted me immediately. I agreed upon the estimate price and an approximate appointment was made for completion of the work. Mr Perez called about a week later to schedule the work. Mr Perez arrived at the appointed time to complete the work, finished quickly, and cleaned up the area.

I called Mr. Perez on Thursday, and he said he could stop by on Friday. He looked at the areas that needed repair, and stated it wasn't a large job and gave us an estimate. He said didn't live far from us, and could also come by anytime Saturday or Sunday. We said it didn't matter. We agreed on the estimate, and we settled for Sunday. Sunday morning I went out to cut back some plants that were in the way of the repair. As I looked at the concrete, I realized Mr. Perez had already completed the job....on Saturday! Wow, it was beautiful. When I ask he to stop by Sunday for payment, I asked if could give me another estimate to pave an area with paving stones I had from a previous job. I wanted a paved area near our driveway, that would hold three large trash cans. Mr. Perez gave us another reasonable estimate, and started work on Monday. Monday, he asked me if I wanted to keep the excess dirt, or he would take it away. I said he could dump it on the other side of the house in the garden. When we returned that evening the job was completed, and it definitely added a nice touch to the house. When I looked at the garden where the dirt was dumped, I realized he first cleared away the mulch, dumped the dirt, then reapplied the mulch over the that area. Now if that's not paying attention to detail, what is! Both of these jobs were completed beyond my satisfaction. We already have friends, and neighbors asking for his number.

Mr. Perez was punctual. He started and completed the work in a timely fashion. The quality was excellent and he did extra work to provide uniformity. I plan to use him again for future projects.

Mr. Perez came a few days before to see what needed to be done and gave the cost for the work that had to be done. Mr. Perez arrived on time on the scheduled date. Work was quick and efficient. Mr. Perez cleaned up the work area before he left.

Great work on our concrete patio. They were professional and fast. We showed a picture and a week later we had the patio (looked even better than the suggested sample pic). Pricing was great, compared to others. Overall, I'd highly recommend this crew.

a ladder had to be placed before the job began. I had some confusion on the city requirements for putting up the ladder but he was able to resolve it.After the job, he came back and did a cleanup.
