Perez and team tore down and rebuilt a masonry wall that supported a back patio area. They arrived promptly and worked through the weather to get it done in 2 days. It turned out great. We are very happy with the work they did.

The work was performed within a week of my initial phone call and looks good.

They did an excellent job. The wooden window lintel that was replaced with brick and a steel plate looked like nothing had ever happened

Eusebio made himself readily available and was very prompt in all of my questions. He and his crew were extremely efficient and hard working. When the job was done, they left the area cleaner than it had been before, obviously taking pride in their work. I highly recommend E&F.

Responded to initial call promptly and came out to do estimate Cost ran a bit above estimate due to our preferences in materials used He and his crew worked very hard and seemed anxious to please us Was willing to draw up a contract with us, which we typed up for him (Feliciano) Very friendly, nice people, easy to work with, and they seemed to be honest Had a good eye for things needing to be done in our yard; if we had the money, we could have kept him employed for half the summer!

They worked quickly and did a great job. They also were a very neat crew that cleaned up both my house and where mess ened in my neighbors' yards. As a middle townhouse it was unavoidable at the time.

Eusado has done several jobs for me. This last job was for my back patio. He did an excellent job adding payers. Everything was well done. I highly recommended him. The crew was professional.

E&F did an amazing job! Eusubio Perez, the owner, quoted me and started the very next day with a crew of two men. they were here from 8:45 until 4:30. the parging was smooth and beautifully done. they took care to try to match the brick color and layout as they filled in the hole from the wood stove. the crowns look brand new and the porch repair was done conscientiously! i am very pleased and would hire Perez and his crew again in a heart beat!

Mr. Perez was very prompt in starting the job and finishing it. We did have to contend with rainy weather that caused a slight delay but no one can control the weather. Our house is a 1892 townhouse in the city. The area he had to work in was only 3 feet wide with a six foot fence. This was not an easy job. He needed to find scaffolding that would fit that space in order to work on the two story walls. He took precautions to protect the 9 windows and door. He reattached our phone line and AC power line. He also made sure our neighbor had no issues on their side. He did a beautiful job! Nice straight lines, very close color match to our neighbors stucco, removed all debris and did a power wash clean up. We would definitely use him again!

They could've finished the cement better; aesthetically it doesn't look professional.

The quality of the work is fine. However, it took them a month to do what should have been a one week job. They were completely unresponsive to my telephone inquiries about when the job would be completed. They would work for a while and then randomly leave without telling us when they would return. I had to trick him by using a different phone to call and he picked up since he didn't recognize the number. Also, two of the workers spoke very limited English and I could not communicate with them at all when they were working.

Mr. Perez's people were pleasant to work with and certainly knew their jobs. Although the job is not yet complete because some items had to be especially ordered, I have no doubt that the final touches will be handled as well as that which has already been completed. Our friends and acquaintances have commented favorably on the work so far. 10/9, Job completed, Nice work!

Due to unevenness of deteriorated concrete surface, this required much chipping and leveling before cutting and placing bluestone elements. This was a full (7-hour) day job in 90+ degree heat. Beautiful job, and area cleaned up when finished.

AWESOME job. We called and then came a few days later. Did the demo, kept in touch the entire time, and did a beautiful job. We had old poured concrete steps that were cracking. We later found that it was due to the foundation being uneven under the steps. It was an extra cost to have that re-done, however never did we feel like we were being taken advantage of. Perez went over our options and gave us his honest opinion about what we should do. The steps were done in a matter of about 4 days. His guys showed up bright and early each day (even on saturday) and worked until at least 6pm each day. Communication was constant and Perez was always reachable by phone & text. Many of the places we called, couldn't get out to us for months and gave us estimates that were at LEAST double what we were charged. Highly recommend!

I contacted this provider to get an estimate and complete work on repairing bricks on my front steps. While I ended up finding a family member who was able to complete the job, Perez was the only company I contacted who provided timely responses, estimates, and a clear timeline of when he was able to come out and complete the work. He even assisted with letting me know what steps I would need to take (as far as permits, etc) before he was able to complete the work. Very professional and I would definitely use in the future as needed!

They did exactly as they said they would. The patio and steps looked great. Price seemed a bit steep, but they did great work and were very fast and responsive. Whole job took about five days.

Perez and his crew are excellent. They provided me a list of the things they were going to complete and the exact scope of work which was going to be completed. The work began promptly on the day he told me he would begin. Everyday the crew arrived around 7:30 and worked a full day. They made sure that they parked in an area which allowed me egress to/from my home. At the end of the day, the work area was cleaned, everything was covered with a tarp to protect both their tools and my porch front from the elements, everyday. This crew was very hardworking crew. Very polite and well mannered. Perez would come out and work with them every few days, and he is equally committed to getting the job done right and getting it done on time. This was a three week job, which was how long it was quoted. The finished product is amazing. It actually looks better...yes better than the original stone work. The original contractor did not have adequate footings. Perez provided for me in detail what was wrong with the previous work, and what he would do to correct it. Every day, I would inspect his work (I am an engineer myself) and was very pleased with the workmanship. At the end of the day, the true value of a contractor is would you use them again. Next summer, we have to have the masonry on our back patio area replaced, we will definitely have Perez complete this work for us.

Everything went quite smoothly. Mr. Perez was on time for the estimate appointment. He gave me an estimate on the spot. It came in lower than previous estimates that I had previously received and he was able to start the job much sooner, within a couple of weeks. The start was delayed by a day because of a delay in getting enough matching blue stone for the job. Mr. Perez called to notify us and work began the next day. No biggie. They finished within three days, despite at least one torrential downpour. The work looks great and has certainly improved the curb appeal, and hence value, of our house. We'll very likely someday replace the front walk as well and I have every reason to contact Mr. Perez and his crew to do the job.

Mr. Perez was the exact type of contractor that I needed. I had recently cancelled a contract with another contractor who started demolition on my home but dropped the project. Mr. Perez was at my home within one hour of a phone call to inspect the project and make recommendations. He adjusted pricing since some of the demolition work had already begun. His team works hard, is consistent, trustworthy and reliable. Two of my neighbors had already hired him for jobs by the time my project was completed. I highly recommend Mr. Perez for an honest appraisal of your project, quality work without cutting corners and for a fair price. for your job.

a) We have a rubble foundation that was leaking badly in any sort of rainstorm. Perez hand dug trenches around the home and below the original footer, poured new footers and installed cider blocks against the existing foundations, applied a waterproof membrane to prevent leakage. Filled in the trenches and left the area clean as it was before he started. b)Ripped up old driveway and rebar by hand. Leveled off the base of the driveway so that drainage was away from the house. Installed new cement so that the driveway is now new and smooth. Looks great. c) We have 4 stone porch support columns. The one on the driveway was leaning away from the house due to the condition of the now replaced driveway. This was pulling away from the home. Perez dismantled the old column, stone by stone, poured a new and level footing and reused the existing stones to match the remaining columns and is now perfectly level. Excellent work all professionally done. All debris was removed timely and the landscape was returned to original condition. I highly recommend Perez and his team for any concrete work. Very satisfied.

Every summer for the last two years we have had hornets nests under our front entrance steps. They gained entrance through the missing mortar and gaps caused by the steps shifting slightly. Mr. Perez came by and gave my neighbor and myself an estimate for repairing our steps and regrouting some stones on the front of the house. $200 deposit, $500 on completion. A couple of days later one of his guys showed up and cleaned the steps and inspected the missing grout. The following day - Thursday 28th he returned and probably spent an hour mixing the cement with what looked like sandstone dust to match the steps. He then started work and worked continuously from 9am to 5.20pm. A beautiful job and the surrounding area immaculate! A great price and real craftsmanship.

The project went well. Perez told me that the project would take about a week to complete and, sure enough, he completed it within that time frame. He began the work on that Tuesday and was done by Friday. He was easy to get in contact with via phone. I was impressed with his cleanup--while he was in the midst of repointing, dust was all over the backyard. However, when the project was complete, you wouldn't be able to tell that a large masonry project had just occurred. The wall was I am satisfied with the work and can recommend Perez without hesitation.

BEAUTIFUL !!!! Our walkway and steps look like a picture from Home & Garden. Mr. Perez and his team were punctual, and worked quietly (not a lot of loud talk or noise) The workers were very meticulous, and the cleanup was excellent
