Outstanding. The owner Eusibio was very responsive. He stayed in touch by phone and text and would update me by text on arrival times and was on time. They did a great job taking care of a couple of issues I was not even aware of. Definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.

Eusebio and his team came and repointed all the bricks that were damaged and fixed the gutter too. They completed the work in 1 day and did a great job.

Excellent! Eusebio is a true craftsman and expert. He was able to match the brick and mortar with existing 50 yr. old brick. He also added a french drain along the wall so that the problem would not happen again. The crew was efficient, professional and skilled. I can't say enough good things about their impeccable work.

Really well. The guys were professional and polite and did exactly what we asked them to and cleaned up after. Two days and they were finished! No running from one job to another. They stuck with it and saw the job thru. I was pleasantly surprised!

I have an old row home in Federal Hill- they replaced mortar for a large section of wall as well as a few bricks, in a small tight basement. It wasn’t easy work and the brick came out great. The Perez brothers are great guys!!

Mr Eusebio and his team did an excellent job with our porch & steps. He is very responsive, punctual, professional, dedicated, and honest, which was very important to us since we were handling this project from a distance. We are satisfied with everything he touched. Excellent work! Looks great! Was the only mason that answered his phone immediately when I called, gave me an immediate estimate based on photos from the roofer, and scheduled the job within an hour of initial contact. Was available the next day to do the work. Showed up right when he said he would. His worker was at my house continuously until the job was done, cleaned up beautifully, and clearly took real pride in his work. Would definitely hire again! I'm thrilled!!!

They did an excellent job and were able to repair all requested work at a reasonable price. They did have to come back out and repair the stucco a second time when a hairline crack formed after the initial repair, though that was not their fault (conditions were not ideal). While it took a few days for them to come out and make the needed repair another couple days to match the paint properly after repairing it, they were thorough and ensured I was fully satisfied with the work. I would fully recommend them!

They did a fantastic job! In order to make sure the job was done right, the workers worked until 9:30pm, and cleaned everything before leaving. I would definitely hire E&F again!

Perez is very responsive. He provides timely estimates. The job took approximately two days. E&F workers are very hard working guys. Although his workers don't seem to need much supervision, he periodically oversees work and made sure we were satisfied with the repairs. He responds to questions and when I identified a problem, he came back and sent workers back to address it to make sure it was complete. I would definitely hire E&F again.

E & F Masonry LLC repaired my front porch step as promised and it looks like new. This is the second time I have used E & F Masonry LLC for work around my house and they are very professional and dependable.

Excellent! We are so happy with the result. Exactly what we had hoped for....he had to replace a number of pavers as the style is about 15 years old and could not be replaced but had to find an alternate that would match.. Eusebio called me from a stone store and sent pictures to ensure I'd be happy. His crew is VERY hardworking. They started a day later than planned due to another job running over. They made up for it by working until 8:45 pm one night and on a Saturday! Amazing...so committed to a good result. The work itself reflects the experience and skill of his crew. I can not say enough how well they matched, patched, and redid our crumbling 1200 sq ft patio. We are continuing to remodel and will only hire E&F Masonry for our interior fireplace redo, feature walls, and some exterior brick work. I don't usually write reviews but this job was challenging, and we even got a few no bids. I had to express our satisfaction and how extremely pleased we are with E&F's work.

I didn't use them because the foam jacking worked and I didn't have to replace it. I have an in-ground pool with concrete walk all the way around it. Two of the sections for some reason had sunk about an inch and a half to 2 inches. He came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. They were responsive. They came out and looked at the job and he was very pleasant and responsive. The quote was reasonable. He came out within a day or so. I think he was very responsive. He was here right on time. He said he was going to come at 10 o'clock and he was here at 10 o'clock. He was a salesman and he was very good. If I had anymore concrete work to do I would use them.

He set up appointment for appraisal didn't bother to show. I contacted him 2 days later and he wrote he forgot and wanted to stop by that day. I did not respond since I felt he was not professional and did not bother to let me know he had no intention of keeping the appointment he set up with me. Had job done by a contactor who showed up at the time he scheduled to meet with us.

E&F was right in the middle. I am really glad that we went with them. The job took a few days -- we also had the grout removed and replaced, and had some work done on our concrete porch. Eusebio communicated almost exclusively via text, which was fine with me. He speaks English really well, and he and his employees came when they said they would and cleaned up really well at night. Eusebio showed me the different products that he could use, and advised me as to which one might be best for our situation.

Made an appointment for 10 a.m. today. A no show.

Communication was excellent and work was performed as promised.

All aspects of job from estimate to completion were done in a respectful and puntual manor.

I called to receive an estimate and he just had me text him pictures of the brick work so he could see what needed to be repaired. He texted me a reply that same day with an estimate and I was able to schedule him to come out that next week (it was on a Thursday I replied back wanting to schedule it). He was unable to make it the day he said, but texted me that evening letting me know he ran behind at a job and would be there tomorrow. I came home from work the next day and all of the work was complete and looked beautiful. Our front porch looks so much better now that the brick work has been repaired. Thanks for high quality work at a very reasonable price.
