Description of Work: Mr. Perez was very easy to work with. The job was repair to the back steps (brick) in our 100+ year old house in Baltimore. The work had, apparently, originally been done by the homeowner and odd-and-ends materials such as sewer brick and pavers, were part of the construction. Francisco, the mason, did a great job. Because of the irregular sizes, he had to piece bricks in and you can hardly tell. The aesthetic is great. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Their price beat the competition as well! (We got the usual 3 estimates.) We plan to call Perez again!

Description of Work: My condo association required repairs to my concrete and installation of a handrail...Perez Masonry recommended a way that he thought would work....for less work and less money...it turned out perfectly...you might have to be flexible on the timing of the job...but well worth it

Description of Work: They did not do anything. Mr. Perez was punctual and friendly but his prices were very high; a difference of about $3000.00 for the same estimate compared with other contractor.

Description of Work: Brick patio and walks. The project went well.

Description of Work: Front concrete step removed and a new concrete step poured. Paver walkway section re-installed to eliminate water drainage problem. Some damaged bricks were removed and replaced with new ones on brick front next to garage door. Rear patio power washed and re-sanded with Sakrete PermaSand. Eusebio Perez gave us the estimate and his brother performed most of the work. He did a fantastic job and we would definitely recommend Perez Masonry.

Description of Work: Pointing entire front of brick 2 story rowhome and a small section around the corner . 3 new brick steps . Brick around base and porch in front. Painted awning and screen porch. Extended hose spout. Sloppy cement work left my yard a mess with dead grass and cement pcs etc. Paid by check always a problem to cash. Always wanted cash. Never deposited checks always cashed them. To me thats shady. Wanted 4 payments not 3. Made last payment on a Tuesday and they didnt get scaffolding out of my yard until friday after i texted him. Over extended pipe for hose out of my house by 2 inches cemented my fence and rain spout into the brick instead f moving them out. Left everything sandy from grinder and cement mixure is 2 different colors in front of house. Grind marks in every window frame near pointing. Contract of two lines typed very undetailed emailed to me from a criket phone and i was told toprint. Very unprofessional

Description of Work: Did not hire provider because his price was extremely high. I told him I wanted a red brick patio, and to use the cheapest brick available. He did not provide a drawing, and therefore it was not clear why the patio was going to cost $10K. I had another contractor issue a quote which was several thousands less.
