Description of Work: Discussed pool renovation by phone, provided pictures of work required to Bill on 3/8/13 at Daymanpool@aol.com. I followed up with two emails. Vendor does not respond.

Had my interior rugs replaced, the stairwell cleaned, made more water resistant with cement to prevent drainage along wall of steps, and then his crew painted with a special water resistant paint he recommended. A new clear roofing sheet was put over the stairwell to reduce amt. of rain entering stairwell, and it looks brand new. What a relief to not have my shop vac ready each time it rains now.....
Description of Work: I had a stairwell with a drain that always overflowed into my lower level. Rugs had to aired out, and of course water cucked up to prevent mold. After repeated floodings over several years, but getting closer together, I contacted Daymans's Pool Service Inc. H came and upon investigation told me years of drainage down the stairs had caused the drain to clog. He also told me my stairwell steps were not being supported anylonger as water had eroded under them, leaving a large opening. First step was to put in stone and concrete to fill up the gap below the steps to support them. Then, with his hugh pool cleaning equipment, he was able to clean out the hole, power washed the steps, and I have not had a problem since. Wish this had been done years before.
