They were very good to work with. They were very attentive in the show room. They allowed me to go into the warehouse and pick out the slabs which would be used for my kitchen. They also allowed me to go help with the design and layout so that I would know the layout and the look for the slabs.

Excellent. They showed up within a day of requesting a quote and scheduled the job for the following week.

We ended up asking for the return of our sink and we will shop elsewhere where the company honors their quotes.

It was a very easy and straightforward process. We picked out the granite slab at the warehouse, and set up an appointment for measurements and a free estimate. They were at our house within several days. We were very impressed by the professionalism and the fact that they were not pushy. Once we made a decision to go with them, they made final measurements and our countertops were installed within a week. On installation day, they showed up a few minutes early and the work lasted about 3 hours. They were very polite and cleaned as they went along. The price was the best around-we did a lot of research. They included a free sink, which is very high quality. We had them set up for their plumber to install the faucet and disposal, which was also less $ than other estimates. The plumber took an hour or so. We are very pleased with this company on every detail!!

Our experience with Classic Granite and Marble was very positive. When we first went to the "showroom" we were a bit taken aback as it is also their fabrication facility. But they are very helpful and we found beautiful granite at a much more reasonable price than similar granite elsewhere. The measuring and installation went well, with them arriving on time each time. There was one mix up with a piece cut bigger than we had discussed, but they were very apologetic and were back the next day to put in the correct piece. They did an excellent job of color matching the grout and we are really pleased with the job.

Overall, it went very well. Their price was thousands of dollars below estimates I received from other home improvement companies. The owner, Vural (Al) Eral is very pleasant to work with and professional. He installed the countertops despite an unexpected delay in paying him. But, Al isn't great on details. There were ramifications of my choice that I didn't realize until the work was completed. For instance, I wasn't told that my sink doesn't come with a drainer. It would have been easy to order that piece when I signed the contract. In addition, choosing granite (as opposed to laminate) countertops means that the tops will have to be cut off by Al's crew every time I need access to my washing machine and dryer. Al has assured me that his crew will come out at no charge to remove and reinstall the counter. That's a satisfactory solution. To be fair, Al said that this was the first time he'd encountered these particular design challenges.

Their prices were very competitive. Their service was fantastic! The counter tops were delivered when they said they were going to be. The counter tops fit beautifully, they did have to make a few adjustments, but those were completed timely manner. We are very pleased with their work!

Al was on time for an initial estimating appointment. He measured our cabinets and gave us an estimate based on a mid-range priced granite. He brought some granite samples with him and invited us to his showroom to see his whole inventory of granite slabs. When the samples we brought home from his showroom didn't work for us, he sent us to his distributor in Fairfax, VA, who has a much bigger inventory (hint: take a cabinet door and sample of the flooring with you if possible. It helps to choose the right color granite as the distributor does not give samples you can take home). After we chose the granite and agreed on a price, Al came out to measure our cabinets a second time. The finished counter was installed in 2 weeks by a 3-man crew. Everyone at Classic was delightful to deal with. Most importantly, the countertops fit perfectly and are fabulous! Al even arranged for a plumber to come in and install the faucets and reattach the plumbing.

I receives a flyer in the mail from Classic with a $250 off coupon so I called to schedule an appointment. The rep came out and measured and brought us samples. Our kitchen was under construction so we had to wait until the new cabinets and appliances were in place to have the template made. I called to scheduled the template and they also scheduled the installation for the next week. Three men came out to do the installation. I was told that it would take about a half of a day but they were on time and only took about 2 1/2 hours. They explained to us how to clean the counter and what we had to do to seal it every 6 months. They cleaned up their mess and were very nice. In fact, every person at Classic was very nice and a wonderful company to deal with.

The finished counter tops are beautiful; the seams are barely discernible. Classic provided a one-stop shopping, offering removal and disposal of counter tops, sink etc., and plumbing services (sub-contracted). The plumber arrived within minutes of counter top completion. Unlike other companies that provide estimates after the homeowner measures, Classic Granite measures and provides an immediate estimate. Installation was performed within two weeks of the estimate and took, start to finish, approximately three hours. Their pricing was better than two other companies that had the homeowner responsible for initial measuring, plumbing/coordination, disposal. While a special order back splash was not initially cut, this was resolved in two days. Additionally, the sales staff were pleasant and responsive.

After an awful experience with Expo Design Center and Stone/Tile World just 5 mo prior, our expectations were considerably lowered when we went to Classic for replacement counter tops. Our experience with Classic, however, was the extreme opposite of our Expo experience. We can't say enough about how impressive Classic is - from both the painstaking measuring and installation to their patience and helpfulness while debating our choices. EVERY person with whom we came in contact within the company was outstanding. The countertops are absolutely perfect - including the measurements and lay out of the granite re movement, seam, etc. This was a perfect experience - and that definitely is rare these days in any customer service driven industry. They are outstanding!

CLASSIC GRANITE & MARBLE DID THE INITIAL DESIGN AND ESTIMATE FOR THE COUNTER TOPS. THEY PRESENTED US WITH A VARIETY OF COLORS AND STYLES. THE INSTALLATION WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.
