Description of Work: Totally refurbished our 33 year old pool. It is like it was the day they first installed it in 1982. We are original owners. Maybe it is better. Fantastic and beautiful. Price was $10000 less than another bid

Description of Work: Built 500 sq ft pool, adjoining spa, propane heated that was all remote controlled. They also did 250 ft of 4 ft fencing.

Description of Work: The design section is fantastic, helps based on space and budget. The construction side left a little to be desired. The communication could have been better. Overall it was a really good experience and they did a fantastic job.

Description of Work: Good company to deal with on professionalism,Bid request was made to completely restorate a concrete inground pool. Coping, tile, plaster, cover, etc. After looking at several bids, I deceided on a less expensive bid with another company.

Description of Work: A&S installed an in ground concrete pool including a concrete decking and fence. The experience itself was quite stressful and disruptive. When they dug the hole they actually situated it in the incorrect place so our pool is not as designed. They worked with us to compensate for their error. Overall we were happy with the experience and continue to contract them for regular service.

Description of Work: My husband and I solicited bids/estimates from 4 companies for an inground concrete pool approx 450 sq ft. freeform shape. we were looking for a salt system, gas heater, light, steps in shallow part and swim out ledge and bench in deep end, and a cover. we also requested them to bid on concrete decking around the pool. Anthony Sylvan was one of the companies we contacted. Actually, they were the last company we met with. The sales rep Doug Parkinson was fabulous. he met with us several times and answered all of our questions before we signed the contract - they actually provided us with the best overall price. we had several neighbors use and recommend them as well. Anthony Sylvan is a large nationwide company. We were concerned about using a smaller local company due to the economy and wanted to ensure the company we selected would still be in business in a few years for warranties,etc The started the excavation in mid November followed by rebar, plumbing, and gunite. In December they were able to do the coping and tile. All of the crews have been amazing and are really hard workers. some crews started at 7am on a Saturday and worked all day. I've haven't had ANY problems to date. Everything is on hold until spring when they will finish with plaster and the rest. can't wait
