Description of Work: Installed range one year. Installed fan in attic and put in a ridge line on the roof and installed vents in the sofet. I've used him several times but don't have the dates. In fact, we're calling him tomorrow for something else.

First of all I would like to thank the member for taking the time to give feedback, I do apologize for not keeping the appointment, I have many excuses but none of them good! As a small business, (Just my son and I) it can be very hard to keep up the administrative end of things and I do occasionally get overwhelmed and have things, which means people, fall thru the cracks, It should in no way diminish how important each person is to me, you are after all how I take care of my family, and as the majority of my review show, I do my best to take care of the people I work for.
