Dennis and I have been in our new home for almost 1 year and wanted to get a professional home inspection done before our 1 year warranty was up so we could have the builder take care of anything that might be a problem and end up costing us money. We had A.D.P Inspections, Inc come and do the inspection. Rodney Winstead was very professional and thorough. He found things that we would have never saw that would have potentially costed us money in the not so far future. When you buy a brand new home you always assume that everything is perfect. Well, it may not always be that way. Thanks to Rodney the items he found were brought to the builders attention and they are in the process of making the improvements before our 1 year warranty is up. Thank you Rodney, you were able to save us some unforeseen headaches. I would recommend A.D.P Inspections, Inc for any home inspections jobs.

He is really reliable, he's very good and he's prices are good, he's not too expensive. We use him all the time. He does home inspection, mold inspection, radon and other things. He gave us a report on the quality of the air and to tell us if there was any hazard in the house. I would highly recommend him. He's very prompt and he's very professional. He accommodates me with my time and schedule. He's very flexible.

I contacted A,D.P. and they where able to schedule the inspection within a couple of days at a time that worked well with my busy work load . Rodney went through the property with a fine tooth comb and provided a report that was easy to understand. I highly recommend Rodney from A.D.P. and would use their service again.

Rodney came opn time. He was very through with checking all aspect of the house. I used Rodney several times in the past both for home inspection and lead paint base test. He works doesn't charge much.

I've been meaning to write a review about this home inspection service for some time so that others do not use it. My experience overall was abysmal. Home inspector was on time and spent the usual amount of time inspecting the home I ended up buying. His report, which found only minor issues with our house was part of the reason we purchased it. After over $8000 later in under a year I would say the inspection was a waste of money. The inspector failed to notice a leak in the roof and rotting wood in the roof, which a roofer later reported was obvious to the trained eye. The inspector also did not state, report, or even casually mention that our basement was filled with friable asbestos. It's true that the contract stated this inspection did not include hazardous materials, but after speaking with other inspectors it is my understanding that standard practice is to say to the buyer "this might be asbestos, you should get it checked out." Our inspector did not do that. Essentially, there was no purpose to our hiring this company, and in fact it provided us a false sense of security before buying the home. We likely would not have made this enormous purchase if the inspector were honest. There are many choices out there, do yourself a favor and do not pick this one.
