 + -1 moreThey finished job in 2 days.guy running bob cat was driving too fast. Someone dug up & destroyed 2 of my beautiful precious very loved Rose Bushes. They DID NOT even try to dig up carefully & sit Them .aside. cracked round cement cover to old tank ran over & covered it with dirt. I hope they come back & rake my yard carefully & seed it & cover with straw. & REPLACE MY ROSE BUSHES

 + -1 moreI called the number in this listing and it is outdated; some poor guy who keeps getting calls for them answered. When I Googled them, I got a different number, which is 410-557-8100 and it appears that they merged with Earl Preston Septic (they have a good rating with more reviews, but they are more expensive). They probably should have spent a few bucks and kept the old number and forwarded it to the new number or at the least, updated with Angie's List. Please update this listing.

Description of Work: Whiteford was to pump out my septic tank. When they installed the tank, they installed it too close to the house. I had two options: 1 - they dig it up and relocate it or the proper location peer Harrford County code or I sign a waiver. Eric wasn't happy when he found out that he installed it too close to the house. If I signed the waiver he would install plastic filter (approx the size of a quart bottle) for free. When it can time to pump out the tank, he was going to charge me to clean the small filter as well. I mentioned that I felt it is unfair as I saved him a lot of money not having to dig up a septic he installed in the wrong location violating the County's code. He cleaned the filter three times for free. Today he said he wouldn't do it anymore and that I should just remove the filter as he doesn't have one in his septic tank. He also appears to have forgotten his mistake and the money I saved him.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job and the price was right. My husband went out to talk to him and he seemed polite enough. We kind of waited too long to do it because our drains got backed-up and we couldn't use our water for a few days because nothing would go through and when he did he saw that something was blocking it and got that out.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE QUICK AND PROMPT. THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF FIRST COMPANY CONTACT. THEY MADE RECOMMENDATIONS TO HELP US PRESERVE OUR TANK AND EXTEND ITS LIFE.
