We have been so happy working with Walter and his team throughout our project and the results are beautiful. To begin with, we really appreciated that he fit us into his busy schedule quickly because he knew our only shower was out of commission. He is very responsive and quick to get back to you about any questions. He is patient and never made me feel like a bother (even though I am sure I was sometimes!). We are really concerned about Covid and he and his team were great about wearing N95 masks we provided. Of course, the workmanship is impressive and we love our new shower but what really elevates this company is the customer service.

It was an excellent communication, always available, always get back to me, he helps keep me calm during the process because I was really nervous. I really wanted to submit a review for him, it was a very wonderful experience, very highly recommended.

This is the 4th bathroom that Walter has done for us. Walter gave us a fair and honest estimate and start date. He arrived on time and completed the work when he said he would. His workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Walter personally supervised all details of the project. When problems were discovered, he solved them himself or immediately proposed solutions that would resolve the issue. My wife is delighted with the results. The work began as promised and Walter was on hand throughout the job to supervise and direct his team, and make suggestions and recommendations to improve the project. The job required some additional plumbing work which was included at no additional cost. The tile work is beautiful, and includes some unique detail that I would never have considered. He installed new shower doors to replace the old shower curtain which added to the overall appearance of the room. The materials used were first rate and construction techniques high quality. Overall, we were very pleased with the finished product and believe we received high value for the price. Walter is easy to deal with, dependable and reliable. He made every effort to ensure we were happy with the finished product. I plan to call him again for my next home renovation project.

I hired Walter Howard to renovate the master bathroom. He was professional in every respect from the initial estimate to final completion of the job. The job required removal and replacement of shower, toilet, sink, cabinets, and all fixtures; installation on new lighting, ceiling fan, new GFCI, tile floor and trim and new paint. He and his team arrived promptly, did their work in a competent and confident manner and ensured the job site was clean before they left for the day. He completed the job on-time and on budget, and my wife is delighted with the results. I was so pleased with the work he did on this project, that I hired him to do our hall bathroom. I contacted with Walter's Home Improvement to install an under-deck rain removal system. My deck has additional supporting structures which complicated the job. Several contractors had recommended against installing a rain removal or diverter system due to my unique deck design. Walter looked over the work and immediately recognized the difficulty involved. After some careful study, he suggested a solution which made sense, and I agreed with his proposal. He engineered the system and supervised its construction. After testing, he made additional modifications that improved the overall performance of the system. The finished product is attractive, brighten up the area under the deck and is fully functional. Although not a perfect solution, the area under the deck is dry and protected. I am very pleased with the work and grateful that Walter had the confidence to take on this job. I highly recommend him and his company, and I personally plan to use them again.

Walter's Home Improvement is the best choice I have ever made in my life when choosing a contractor to remodel our bathroom. We had around 8 estimates and Walter was by far the most professional, kind, and easily negotiated a price for the bathroom. They were at our home the next time ready to start and it did not take them long to finish. When my wife and I looked at the finished bathroom, it felt as if we were in a store looking a model bathrooms. The ENTIRE house was literally cleaner when they left. This company is the definition of professionalism, integrity, and honesty. The were on time good a good job and cleaned up after them selves. The roof looked good, and they worked with me to pick out the right roof for my house.

Arrived with helper when scheduled. Reattached 16 shutters to brick fascia, and caulked eight standard double hung windows and one large Paladin window. Walter and his team did a good job, and cleaned up when finished. I would recommend Walther.

Walter was extremely prompt in answering my initial quote request, scheduling in-person appointments & issuing a quote. He listened to our needs & our design vision for the completed bathroom re-model, and gave great advice-even warning of potential areas of concern given the age of our home. His overall bid was very competitive, and the completed work product is superior!. We love out new bathroom and have no regrets in choosing Walter's Home Improvement. As a bonus, he made sure the jobsite was as clean as possible and even fixed a roof leak at no charge! He also pointed out areas that may need work in the future, which we really appreciated.

Walters Home Improvement defines professionalism. They were polite, courteous, and extremely talented. My wife and I were 110% happy. Walter provides a sense of comfortabilty with all of his work and he will do anything in his power to make sure you are satisfied. A great, trustworthy, and professional contractor is hard to find nowadays so it almost feels like we hit the lottery choosing this company. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Not to mention, Walter is willing to go the extra mile and meet your financial needs.

Worked on the job for 2 days and then took 2 days off. On the first day they snapped off the tub faucet and it went through the floor and made a hole in the first floor ceiling. Later in the week Walter's brother Timothy (of Timothy's Home Improvement) drilled drywall screws into the water pipes leading to the sink and caused minor flooding and more damage to the first floor ceiling. Our biggest complaint was the 2 days off in the middle of our job and the constantly escalating costs. The tub wasn't even sealed with caulk - - - Walter said it wasn't necessary. They left without installing a shower curtain rod and we had to go out and buy one and install it ourselves.

Mr. Howard was prompt in getting an estimate & getting the repair work done. My issue is that he quoted by phone that this work would cost us $410 & when he wrote up his bill it had changed to $710. I did pay the new amount but asked him to call me to discuss this discrepancy when my husband would be available. I have not heard from him.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PAINTING OF MY HOME BY WALTERS HOME IMPROVEMENT. THEY PAINTED THE ENTIRE INTERIOR OF MY HOME IN AN EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

I WOULD RECOMMENT WALTERS HOME IMPROVEMENT TO ANYONE AND I HAVE. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND ARE VERY POLITE.
