Walter literally saved a house we inherited from a being a total tear-down to a beautiful vacation cottage. His company completely renovated our 2 bedroom 1950s brick rambler from roof to basement. The work done is outstanding and it was completed on-time and in budget. Walter and his workers were consummate professionals. Walter closely oversaw every detail of work done and always made himself available for updates on progress. His recommendations to resolve exterior, water, flooring, plumbing, electrical issues were thoughtful, researched, and economical. The finished bathroom and kitchen are beautiful and functional. The water damaged floors are completely renewed. The roof and chimney are solid. The basement is dry. The windows, porch, and trim look great. We highly recommend this company for anyone remodeling or updating any aspect of their home.

Walter's came out the morning after I called him. He had a fair price for the job Emailed to me the same day. He fit me in for the next week. All work was done and left the area clean. I would hire them again and recommend them. Thank You to Walters Home Improvements KEN H

Our plans were to have an extra layer of shingles put on our family room roof only. This was due to the fact that the previous Roofing Contractor did not due a quality job. We have had to call them 5-6 times to come back & make repairs. Their was leaking in a number of areas on the roof. All being said Walter's Home Improvement gave us a lot of good advice on how to proceed to correct our problem. One things was since the roof has presently stopped leaking not to add shingles and disturb things. He prefers to take the old roof off and put on new shingles. Walter's Home Improvement did give us estimate for replacing the family room shingles and also doing the entire roof. Very professional and will consider replacing in the future.

Walter showed up right on time to give me an estimate for a roof repair (replace vent boot). Also discussed a different issue I was having with window leak, and he also quoted for caulking around windows. Him and his worker showed up the next morning and did a great job on both fixes. They did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Will definitely use Walter again in the future, and will recommend him to neighbors.

Walter did an excellent remodel of my bathroom. He also helped me with other projects that I needed completed. I would highly recommend him for any home project that needed to be done.

I am so happy with my remodeled bathroom. It turned out better than I had even hoped! Walter handled everything and even met me to pick out the tile. He was always pleasant to work with and even took care of a few extra things for me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. If I have another project, my first call will be to Walter.

A friend suggested I contact the one who did their roof. I did and was quite impressed with the Quote as well as the upgrades of material and other features to prevent icing around my gutters etc. He took his time in explaining all that he would do and why as well as explain the materials used to give me a high grade roof.

I was very satisfied with the workmanship on the roofing project that was done at my home. Mr. Walter's was excellent with answering all my questions , giving suggestion, and returned message very promptly . I would definitely use their services again for future improvements on my home.

They do a good job, but you have watch for work quality. One of the workers was a little sloppy when it came to painting.
