Description of Work: The spigot at the base of my water tank came off when I was trying to disconnect a hose so I called Marcum the next morning to fix it. I first talked to their answering service and recieved a call within an hour or so asking me for more information. Then, they called me back with an appointment for that morning. | |The plumber seemed knowledgeable and replaced the spigot on the water tank and replaced the pressure release valve on my hot water heater.

Description of Work: I have used Marcum's services several times over the years. On my last contact, the holding tank in my basement started to leak. Marcum responded the next day. They were prompt and efficient, and charged half of what the "next day" chain had quoted me.

Description of Work: I have a well system. There was water coming out of the ground around the well pump. I called Marcum and was directed to Sam. Sam guest what the problem was and told me that I could save some money if I dug a trench about 6 ft by 3ft and about 4ft deep from the well head towards the house. When I did this I could see the leak. He told me when he arrived that by digging the trench I saved at least $400.00 because that is the base charge for a back hoe. Sam and the fellow with him had the repair done in a short period of time. This is a good company to deal with.
