The service tech - Cam - was helpful and answered all questions regarding unit and problem. It took about 20 minutes to repair.

Arrived onetime. Provided additional info on maintenance of condenser unit.

From the onset of the installation approximately October 2012 there were concerns the systems were installed correctly. C & D Sheet Metal responded on 3 occsions but no specific resolution or results. March 2013 C & D was contact again to preform the maintenance check as per the warranties for the systems. After repeated calls, over (20) to C & D to honor their contract and warranty agreements we were forced to go to the distributor for the systems, Thomas Summerville and the Johnson Controls the manufacture of the systems. We have hit a wall with C & D Sheet Metal, Inc, to date we have not received a return call to our installation questions, routine maintenance questions or basic service questions. Thomas Summerville the distributor has returned calls to us but state they have no control over C & D Sheet Metal, Inc. and have no role in this matter. Johnson Controls the manufacturer has returned calls but they too have no role in this matter. In short, the manufacturer to the distributor to the installation company are all passing the buck back and forth while we continue unsure of the installation, no answers to when our warrant period begins or ends. The only advise given was find yourself another air conditioning company to service your systems. To say the least I strongly suggest you do not write a check for any equipment, installation or services until you are 100 percent satisfied and you understand your service agreements and warranty periods. We are in continued discussions with Thomas Summerville and Johnson Controls to resolve this matter.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WENT INTO THE ATTIC AND WORKED ON THE UNIT FOR A WHILE. HE SUGGESTED PLACING THE UNIT IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION WHEN REPLACEMENT TIME COMES.

THE C & D TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE SUGGESTED WE REPLACE OUR MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FILTERS WITH A SEMI-ANNUAL TYPE OF FILTER, ESPECIALLY SINCE THE UNIT IS LOCATED IN THE ATTIC AND IS HARD TO ACCESS.

MIKE DUDONIS WAS THE TECHNICIAN. HE WAS EXCELLENT! HE STARTED BY FIXING THE LIGHT IN THE ATTIC. HE REPAIRED THE HEATING SYSTEM PROMPTLY AND WITHOUT MUCH PROBLEM. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND SUGGESTED THAT WE HAVE IT SERVICED EVERY 6 MONTHS, GIVEN ITS LOCATION IN THE ATTIC.

THE SERVICE CONTRACT IS $200 A YEAR. THE COMPANY SENDS SOMEONE OUT TWO TIMES PER YEAR TO SERVICE MY HEATING/COOLING UNIT. THEY ALWAYS CALL AHEAD TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND SHOW UP ON TIME. SERVICE IS GREAT.
