Chesapeake Landscapes

We worked with this company for a few years, beginning in 2018. They installed some shrubs, grass, and we had a lawn mowing contract. Unfortunately, probably due to the pandemic, they had a lot of turnover in workers. The quality of the mowing service went steadily downhill. On several occasions, workers would arrive while it was raining to mow the lawn, which tore up the turf. They even mowed over some of my small groundcover shrubs. I could not communicate with the crew as none spoke reasonable English. At one point my husband was discussing a new project with the owner, Brad, and Brad commented, "Well, it's not like it's a showpiece" in reference to our yard. I ended up cancelling our mowing contract and would not recommend this company.

Fantastic Company, I would definitely hire this company again. My yard is now beautiful they were so helpful with not only listening to my want sand needs they offered true advice and gave me new ideas that I wouldnâ t even had thought of. Very reasonable pricing. Thank you.

Very difficult to get follow-up information. Did not return calls where I wanted information on care of sod they had put down. The job was done very well but I needed additional information about how to fix bare spots.

The plants they put in are extremely small!

Cannot rate their work because they have not performed the job as of yet - still waiting. As for customer service, the best I can say is they did show up and gave me a contract, then failed to respond to emails for two weeks for a proposed start date.

I needed to rework some of the landscaping in the front of the house and after a few estimates I decided on them and they did a good job. Very prompt, efficient, and professional. I subsequently hired them again for another project to bury a downspout and run a drainage line away from the house and into our yard. Again, another project well done!.

I had put off hiring a company to take care of the garden areas, but so glad for the work by Chesapeake Landscape. Every thing looks beautiful. They did everything I asked. I plan to have them come back for regular maintenance.

The dry creek bed that was installed was done in a timely and professional manner.
