Description of Work: Centurion Tree Experts LLC !!!! What an amazing company . Removed 43 evergreen trees. Trees were from 40 to 70 feet tall.

Description of Work: The crew members were very skillful and thoroughly professional. The owner of the company was very personable and excellent at negotiating the tight area for the huge crane to operate in and at lifting big tree chunks and delivering them safely to where they were chipped or loaded on the truck to be hauled away. There was no collateral damage, and the crew left the yard spotless. I was impressed and very happy.

Description of Work: Cut down 4 large oak trees and trimmed a 5th one. The work was done on time, as promised, even though it was the coldest weather of the winter to date. This was our first time using Centurion and we are very happy with the transaction. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Tree and removal and storm damage clean up. The team is very nice and did a job for me that was essential to getting my house cleaned up after tree damage. They brought in heavy equipment and got the job done more quickly than if a crane had not been used but they were expensive. I am most bothered by the fact that none of the crew wore protective equipment such as hard hats or eye protectors and because of that I will not hire them again, unless they have changed their practice.

Description of Work: They removed two small trees and ground one stump. They raised about fifteen trees on my property about 8 1/2 feet so that my lawn cutters could get under them to cut my grass.

Description of Work: We had two trees dropped , moved to a closer location, and cut in sections for firewood. We will be splitting it. They also took old stumps that could not be dropped and removed them. Cleaned everything up.

Description of Work: We had some trees go down after a storm at our woods line. We needed them cleaned up and the debris removed.

Description of Work: Two very large oaks (> 80 feet) were uprooted during storm Sandy. One crushed my shed, just missing our deck. We have a moderate hill in the back of our property, making it difficult to get equipment to the downed trees. Centurion's price for this work was reasonable and fair I believe. John Miley (owner) was both knowlegable and professional, and explained exactly how he would tackle the project. Using his 14 ton capacity crane, he parked in my driveway (using protective wooden pads to protect the surface) and skillfully removed both trees, piece by piece, working within feet of our home. With a grinder, he and his team removed both uprooted stumps, which was by itself an impressive feat, as each root-ball protruded at least 5-6 feet out of the ground. Without hesitation I would use John and team again. I will be highly recommending him to a co-worker next week.

Description of Work: Hired Centurion to remove three large white pines from our property.

Description of Work: John Miley cut and cleared away a huge100+ year old tulip poplar tree. Miley owns and operates his own crane so is able to work independent of other companies who would need to work out mutual finances. He has two climbers and a person who guides branches into the shredder. The temperature was in the mid 90's and the humidity was high.All of them worked until the job was finished...an admirable work ethic. A+ in all respects.

Description of Work: Cut down approximately 25 to 30 trees of various sizes from back yard, including 10 very large and tall trees. Most trees were removed in large sections and/or chipped. Stumps were ground. Job took a little over two days. Daily rate was charged whereas other companies had quoted a per tree rate for the larger trees which would have been SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive.

Description of Work: Removal of 6 dead or dying trees behind our house. The price was so low because they were able to bring their crane right up to the trees.
